My order arrived 2 said later. I called and they told me it was delivered which I told them it wasn't because the flowers were not at the resort I was staying at and the front desk said they never received any delivery for me but they showed up the next day. Surprise. Over all I am not happy with the delivery or there customer service

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
