The flowers were not delivered until after 6:00 PM. I asked the recipient to send me a picture of the flowers. It was not the color combination I ordered. The arrangement I ordered featured yellow lilies and red roses. What was sent was an arrangement with yellow lilies and light pink roses. The colors were off balance and did not create the same effect. I was not pleased.
The flowers were extremely less in size than the ( regular) size of the flowers ordered. When I called customer service and told them & they apologized the woman who's birthday it was received a call from flower company and told her to put her flowers out on porch they're coming to take them back. She was SO UPSET & I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
