I hope the product is as beautiful. It's my sister in-laws 60th bday****** the flowers were delivered at 5:15 pm, they were in UPS truck for 12hrs. They were in the box for over 24hrs.Shipped from KY yesterday morning to CA. A couple of the flowers were wilted. They do look pretty. Made her very happy and that is what counts.

Had to redo the order because the promised discount did not show up the first time. Received multiple e-mails on status. First said it would be delayed until the next day. Then said it was actually delivered on the day promised. Then that it would be delivered as soon as possible a day late? Then that it was actually delivered a day late.
I feel like i should be due a refund because of the shotty customer service.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
