Good service. They delivered to my mother on her birthday, even though it was a federal holiday. No other online flower site I could find would. They do charge a high handling fee but sometimes you get what you pay for. I will be using this site again

I checked several times to make sure of delivery date due to being a holiday. Delivery came 1 day early and driver explained delivery date was on a holiday. This was my 35th wedding anniversary, not happy that the delivery came a day early of my anniversary date

My order was to be delivered on Sept 7, but arrived on Sept 6. I realize that the 7th is Labor Day, but would have liked to know that the delivery would arrive early. Fortunately, the recipient was home on Sept 6. To receive the order.
Shopping the site quoted me one price, and at check out, the price increased, and then showed a "discount." To me that's false advertisement. The site should show the actual price, and if there is a discount included, that can be displayed as well. But don't increase the price at check out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
