Horrible company. The clothes are terrible quality. I received items that reeked of mildew. I returned everything and they refused to give me a refund they stole $250 from me.
What a waste of my money! The quality of their lingerie is poor. The lace underwear looked cheaply made & fit horribly. The 2 34D lift bras i bought would fit someone w size A boobs. They were not lift they were incredibly padded, about 3" of padding. Being i have had a breast augmentation the bras do not fit & look ridiculous.
The thing that really pxsses me off is I CANNOT RETURN NOR EXCHANGE. Last chance, final chance whatever they call it is ignorant. Who wants to buy something online and b completely stuck w it? They know their products suck and thats y their return policy is nonexistant.
They said they delivered the package and had it signed, but I was at work the whole time. They said the carrier delivered it. BS. Never had a package missing since I've lived here. Said someone signed for it. How could that be. Rip off company. The next day my package from Venus arrived no issue.
Ordered several of the same style of bra over last few months. They were all randomly sized. The first fit perfect, so I ordered more. The later were almost four inches shorter around the band. When I tried to exchange for one that fit, they acted like I ordered them incorrectly, even though they were all the exact same bras with inches of variation.
Ordered on 3-5-22, Received email with tracking info on 3-7-22. Received my items today, 3-16-22. No issues at all! I was really worried about my order because I read reviews after I placed my order. I am 100% happy. All 5 items received were very well made. My tag sizing on my corsets are different from the online site choice (tag shows 44- ordered 22), but they are the right size! I would recommend!
The quality is garbage. The sizing is off. Big thing for me is they only sent me 1 of 2 items that I ordered. When I opened a claim with customer service I was ultimately told they could not help me. The customer service rep told me to contact my bank to file a claim for goods not delivered. I called my bank. They denied the claim. I reached back out to customer service and she told me there's nothing more she can do for me. That will be the last time I shop with Fredericks. I didn't get my money back nor did I receive the item I paid for. Poor business practices.
Do not order from this company! I placed an order on 3/4/22. According to my tracking, was supposed to receive it on 3/9/22…STILL WAITING! After back and forth emails, I was informed that it would take up to TWO WEEKS to receive my items. Not falling for a cover up story I ordered for a special trip, and now it's all for nothing. I wish the brick and mortar stores were still open. Poor business practice. Grab the money and run. What a fall from grace.
If I could give less than one star I would. Every item I ordered was garbage. Panties were barely sown with strings and pulls throughout. Lingerie was miss sized and "Final Sale". Repeated attempts to correct problem were blown off. $80 down the drain. Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere.
Not sure why they are still in business. They labeled invalid shipping address, items never received while the money was charged. Contacted customer service and they asked to work with the UPS. No solutions or feedbacks from the customer service in 3.5-4 months!
I paid for my purchase and never got my credit. They have been promising me my package since january 28 2022 and it has never came and i am out of almost 50 dollars when am i getting a refund or my package

I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. Recently I had an issue and tried to contact customer service. It's been over a month and I've still not heard a word from them. I've opened multiple tickets with them now to try and resolve this issue, but not a single one has been responded to. It's infuriating when I still daily get texts and email advertisements. In my opinion they should cut back a bit on advertising and increase customer support. They lost a customer here.
I have been a fan of Frederick's bras since I was 13. At 63, and particularly after Covid (the era of no make-up and lounge clothes), it's like I'm working with a face and body that seems like a stranger to me. 1 of my struggles was finding a bra that works with this new older woman's body. Sad to learn the hard stores had closed, I tried Victoria secret and various other bras. No shade on VS, they make very nice bras... but they aren't Frederick's bras. Using Frederick's bras my whole life, I should note that I never experienced "sagging" till almost 60. In any case, coupled with weight loss of the Covid 50, I am stuck with both sagging and deflation. After many disappointing attempts, I decided to try the on line ordering. The two bras I ordered (at a very reasonable price as well, they have great sales) the Hollywood Heartthrob push up bras arrived today. Picture me doing a happy dance! The lift is very natural and I didn't get the "sunken shelf" effect other bras were leaving me with. I actually have firmer looking breasts, no shelf problem and great support and comfort. The love of Fredericks bras is a real thing! I hope the company makes a recovery and can bring back the hard stores of the past (although their return policy is good and previous dealing with customer service got great, quick responses).
I used to love FOH. The Customer Service staff are very pleasant, but trying to do a return and the excuses as to why it's so hard to do a return and trying to get your money back is beyond ridiculous! It has been nearly a month since I returned my items and now being told that the warehouse has not even processed my return is absolutely infuriating! The quality of their merchandise is good, but this Company does whatever they can to keep from having to return your money. As much as I LIKED FOH, I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. They're not worth the hassle. Spend your money somewhere else.
I ordered an item online in 6-5-2021. Tracking information was provided, however the item did not arrive. I contacted customer service by email on 7-4-2021. Felicity replied with -
" We see that this package had an incorrect shipping address and was refused which has resulted in the package being returned to our warehouse.
In order to process your refund for this package, we must wait for its return. Once this has been confirmed, you will be issued a full refund minus any shipping charges. We have also waived any return fees associated. "
I confirmed the shipping address and it was completed correctly and I have not had any problems receiving packages from anyone else. So I was a bit irritated by this but I waited.
On 7-21-2021 I again contacted customer service asking about the refund and Felicity sent this reply -
" I sent you a previous email saying it was being returned back to us due to a incorrect address.
As soon as we receieve this back to us we will be able to issue you a refund, minus the shipping costs."
Now pardon me, but it has been over six weeks since I placed this order and I have not received it through no fault of my own. I am pretty angry that my money is being tied up as they wait for a return. If their tracking system is sophisticated enough to show that it is being returned as I deliverable, then I feel I should have my money back by now.
I also feel that Felicity should be doing a better job with customer service.
I would not recommend anyone order from this company. When they had stores they were great, however they have gone downhill big time since they closed their stores and are just not worth the hassle.
Order really cute pajamas set for my wife. The quality of the pajama set was a superb. If your looking for bathing suits, lingerie, pajamas, panties etc... They have it and they will exceed your expectations. I love the garments they sell.
I bought a Hollywood knock out superboost bra it was cut super small so I was going to exchange for a larger size. When reading how to do the returns they actually charge you to send it back. Maybe it's Just me but I find that insulting. Needless to say I will send you your merchandise back and will never use your company again. Lesson learned.
I placed a large order from Frederick's. Not only did it take over 2 weeks for it to arrive, they sent another customer's order to me. I have sent MULTIPLE emails through their website... no response. All I want are the items I paid for; I spent well over $100. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of a response. I feel ripped off! Also, there is not a phone number listed anywhere on their site either. SHADY!
I ordered some bras and panties on January 15th, I got an email that they had shipped on the 16th, today is Jan 25th still no merchandise and no customer service available! A waste of money and time, very disappointed will never order here again, they won't email you back and there is no number ypu can call, I probably will never get my stuff, dont order from this site, unless you want your money tossed out the window!

Answer: Hi Mary, Nothing matches Fredericks's for their bras at the least. They still operate through an on line store at https://www.fredericks.com/. I just got my first order on line and I am totally happy with it and the customer service. If you sign up, you will get notifications of sales and use the online best price options: honey, coupert, edge shopping, etc. for added savings and it ends up pretty reasonable. I bought 2 Hollywood Heartthrob push up bras, retail $44.50 each. On sale $20 each, shipping cost (free over a certain amount) but edge took care of that with a coupon so final price was $38.55 total. Good luck. I am a reaffirmed lover of Frederick's, but I do hope the company does well enough to bring back that stores to our brave new world we live in.;-)
