There's no way to go wrong with Fragrancebuy. The only time I buy retail is if I have points to use at a store that brings the price in line. I see the occasional person complaining but then see the response by Fragrancebuy to make it right. What more can you ask for. The points system makes for an even cheaper experience when you want to load up. Nothing I can say negatively.
Through numerous purchases in the past year I have never had any issue. All of the fragrances arrived on time, properly packaged with no damage. I've had to reach out recently to ask a question and follow up question and found their response was in a reasonable time frame and accurately answered. I will continue to use fragrancebuy regularly.
I have ordered with them several times. Despite living in a different country (US),I usually get it faster than with many other sellers based in the States. Prices are also better like 80% of the time.
I loved buying from fragrance buy. At first i was a bit scared they might not be authentic but I was wrong. They delivered me in 2 business days which crazy fast and the packaging was very well made. They even gave me samples but I wished they could've been better fragrances that they chose to give me. Overall excellent and I am glad that I made my purchase from FraganceBuy.
Fedex is $#*! they never came and now I have to go 30 kilometers to look for my order as long as you do business with fedex but I will never place an order on your page again
Box was opened and taped shut at the security tab and appeared to have been opened. Free sample box was empty and crushed and $300 worth of perfume was banging around loose in the box. Fragrance seems solid but overall the experience was lacking.

It took me 3 or 4 orders to understand how to get my shipment faster. I am located in the east coast of USA. Best advise, order by Thursday of the week and you will receive it by Wednesday of the following week. My satisfaction regarding the products is at 100%.

Delivery was quick. No damages. Sometimes there can be fragrances that are sold out more often than other sites, but luckily the ones of interest to me are always in stock. Super pleased!
Delivery was smooth and easy. Packaging also great. Only thing was that the cologne spray cover is too tight and came apart. The cologne itself is weak and doesn't last long (but that's Burberry's fault I think).

Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Forever is discontinued and harder to find nowadays so I was so happy to see it on FragranceBuy. I recently bought a Creed Original Santal 100ML from FragranceBuy for the best price possible. The bottle came intact in perfect condition as advertised.
