The tracking information provided an inaccurate delivery date, and the subsequent wait for my package was inconvenient. Living in a condominium with an intercom system, coordinating the delivery required me to be available to open the gate, which became a hassle due to the incorrect tracking information.

The buying experience is drama-free with FragranceBuy, which is what you want. They're really consistent in being expedite to ship once you order - some other sites may take 1-2 weeks to fulfill your order without giving you any warning when you're ordering. This time around I had to research how tariffs were impacting and they had a page with all the details right there to help. And then once it ships, whatever service level they have with FedEx just works.

Everything about my order exceeded expectations. First of all, it came MUCH faster than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Packaging was solid - the box was not flimsy and all cases inside were perfect quality and packed so there was no spillage or denting. The perfumes themselves were reasonably priced and smelled great (with a few exceptions - not the site's fault, it's just what happens when you blind buy a bunch!) and would certainly purchase from this site again as I like the structure of the loyalty program and want to work my way up to more sprays. Not to mention the brand is Canadian - love it!

Update: FragranceBuy reached out to me and offered me a full refund including the shipping. Thank you for extending me the courtesy. Much appreciated. I purchased two bottles of Quorum by Puig for me and my best childhood friend. The actual fragrance was nothing even remotely comparable to the original. When contacting FragranceBuy, the response was that I could get a refund minus a $13.00 return shipping cost. That's was disappointing given that I have never complained about any previous purchases and only has issue with this one, I did not expect to lose money by paying out of pocket for the return shipping cost.

All my perfumes reach and were in perfect and original packaging. Also the prices are very competitive to the other sites I was looking at. Wished that the site would have a better layout for mobile users or even an app.

Overall my experience with your site has been pretty good but it could be better.
The loyalty program doesn't move the needle for me. I can get the same thing from the other sites I purchase from without being loyal to them.
The actual application that you use has glitches that you should already know about.
A good feature would be to give a list of all the products that are a similar scent to the item we select. That may prevent me from holding off on a purchase until it comes in stock or buying something from another site that may not even be the same product.

I had trued to buy from you previously but problems with addresses made it impossible. This time I used PayPal. It was very easy and received my products in a timely manner. Fed ex also made it easy although I missed delivery and had to go and pick it up.
