I ordered perfume from FragranceBuy on several occasions. Everything has arrived at my door safe and sound, packaged well and in the time frame that was promised. I price compared to other discount fragrance outlets for the products I purchased, and found the best price to be at FragranceBuy. I appreciate the awards program. It's nice to know that being a frequent buyer has some perks.
I ordered a high end fragrance. Given the previous positive experience I have had purchasing from FragranceBuy, I had no hesitation trusting that I was getting the best price, and an authentic product. It arrived in excellent condition within the time frame indicated on their website. Don't hesitate to put your trust into this company. Their rewards program is a bonus, and not usually something offered on a discount site.

Atomizer was not working due to the fact that the bottled cap was not properly closed on the bottled and the shipping process probably damaged the atomizer. I decanted the bottle to be able to use the fragrance. The bottle was the tragedy of lord George, the bottle cap is not a standard perfume bottle cap, more delicate and prone to damage.
Top notch service from purchase to delivery. My cologne got to me intact and is what I thought it will be. Packaging is excellent as well. Promise delivered...leaving me very satisfied. Will definitely buy from Fragrancebuy.ca again. Highly recommended.

One of the best without doubt, the quality level and delivery time is just outstanding. I tried their support once and it was great too! So, no complains this is top choice for fragance lovers.
I didn't enjoy my experience with Fragrance Buy. The cologne I bought was not a great scent. It left me with a headache. I sprayed the cologne once and didn't use it again. I reached out to customer service for a refund and I was told that I could return the cologne provided it was not opened… if it was opened there is a 20% fee taken from the price you paid for the fragrance. I was also responsible for paying shipping for the return. I ended up taking the L, by not returning the cologne because it wasn't worth my time. I based that on what I paid for the cologne. The funny thing is Fragrancebuy uses a third -party courier to deliver your orders in GTA, but if you end up returning via Canada Post, you're paying estimate minimum $15-$20 with the box the order came in. They don't provide a return shipping label.
Last thing, if you buy a fragrance at the store and you don't like the scent you can return the cologne and get a refund or exchange. Lesson learned for me… just not a good experience.
