I'm still on the fence about the frag itself, it was a blind buy. But, fragbuy had a great deal on it. While shipping was not free, it was fast, and the packaging was excellent. Worth the wait from across the border.
This is my first shopping experience on FragranceBuy. When I got the box it surprise me. The fragrances in the box are safe. The box provides protection and security. I would like to have more consumption on FragranceBuy in the future.
I went on line looking to buy some Jovan after shave and found Fragrance was offering a set, 4 fl oz (118) ml of Jovan after shave and a 2 oz (59) ml of Jovan cologne spray so i ordered it. When i got my package i was disappointed to find only a 2 oz (59) ml Jovan after shave and the 2 oz (59)ml of the cologne.

Got my package, 1 from the 7 items I ordered i wasn't satisfied with and contacted the customer service and they were very helpful and helped me a lot to return the item and made me very comfortable and grateful
I am in the process to return it and receive the refund
Missoni Wave tester comes with no cap, it's a flashy magnetic cap that is a big part of the presentation. There is specification for any other of the testers out there, why was there no specification for this one.
The price that came up when I put the fragrance in my basket was different that what I was actually charged. I called and left a message but never got a call back. I was happy at how quickly I received my order but very disappointed that I was charged more and never got a call back.

I ordered Lataafa Awaan (Pride Collection 2022) It showed up and it was as described. The only problem is, the shipper left it at the end of a long driveway(could have been stolen or taken) instead of dropping it at our door. When I order products from Amazon, it is delivered right to my door
I have had pretty good overall experiences with Fragrancebuy.ca for most items. However, I ordered a fragrance that was listed as a tester but did not say "no cap" and was not pictured as such. I've ordered quite a few testers from your company and all had a cap. This is kind of a big deal to me since the cap is a magnetic cap. Missoni Wave was the product. I also cannot apply my free shipping earned credits as a member which seems pointless. Every time I try to apply the offer code it's rejected. I am in the USA. I also redeemed a stackable gift card and used sprays to do so and it was NOT applied to my order. Seems like as a USA member there are issues using my earned member credits.

I received the order Friday, which is a holiday and the bottle of Xerjoff Iommi was defective. The team responded immediately after holiday break and was understanding and provided a resolution which made me very happy. This was definitely not necessary as it was a manufacturer defect on the bottle. But it was very nice having the website support their customers and keep them happy. Will definitely keep shopping with them and their nice prices.

Overall great experience. The price was very good and the packaging for shipping was impeccable. The $1 tack on for carbon offset(or whatever it was) was totally worth it, as my sample was amazing, and 20ml!
