I didn't get the product, I supposed give the perfum to my friend in my trip but the product never arrived. I open a claim with Fedex and they could not find.

Just received another purchase from FragranceBuy! The service is impeccable, the prices are very competitive, and I'm able to find fragrances that are sometimes difficult to find at other discounters. I'm also pleased that I was able to take advantage of Boxing Day deals! Amouage Interlude Black Iris is an amazing fragrance, and the price was insane compared to retail!
Have ordered many, many designer and niche fragrances from Fragrancebuy.ca and never had a bad experience with an order. The fragrances are packed well when shipped, never any torn or opened bottles and have always had the same scent that my decants or samples have. Couldn't ask for better service. I received a damaged bottle. The plastic and the box were intact, but the bottle cap and one side of the bottle were smashed and bashed. This is my first time with this great company, but this time I am not satisfied.

Price and selection are excellent with Fragbuy. I certainly consider them to be among the best sites for getting rare and hard to find frags at decent prices.
These guys get rare gems and discontinued fragrances and COULD gouge, but don't. They fight for the user. I am pretty fiercely devoted to FB at this point simply because they have demonstrated that they want to give consumers a fair option to buy fragrances at a good price. The selection is also unparalleled. The gems in my collection I got here because they were 1) actually in stock and 2) priced very well.

Some of the fragrances that are sold on the website had been opened and resealed. Please check the cello wrap, it shouldn't have any sign that they were opened before and should have a tight seal. I had a recent issue when I bought a fragrance and it showed a sign that the cello wrap was opened before and resealed. In addition, upon checking the batch code on the bottle and box of the fragrance, both don't match. So please, double check any fragrance you're receiving. Good thing fragrancebuy has a good customer service and was able to return it.
I have bought many times from FRAGRANCEBUY. Always a great value for what you spend. Four out of five of my fragrances in my most recent purchase smelled lovely. The fifth fragrance smelled off. FRAGRANCEBUY refunded me the full amount I paid for the fragrance, even though it was open. Great customer service, I will definitely purchase fragrances from this online company again.
