My experience with fragrancebuy.ca has been excellent. They have a very nice inventory of designer, niche, and clone house brands. The packaging is excellent and I tend to receive packages from Canada quicker than I can in the continental United States.
I had an issue with an order and the customer service team contacted me quickly and resolved my problem as soon as possible.
Overall experience with the website is great so far based on all my previous orders. It offers many fragrances that are not available on other sites and on the market.
Fragrance buy has been amazing! From it's prices to it's selection of fragrances. I've been shooting out referrals to all my fam and friends. Only giving this 4 stars because I was spoiled on first purchase. First purchase 2 fragrances and 3 samples (discovered my next purchase this way)... Second purchase. 2 fragrances and no samples :( (sad face. Was looking forward to discovering something else I could buy). Other than that. Love it
Always a pleasurable experience dealing with fragrancebuy.ca. Order comes quickly and safely every time. Although i wish as much as i spend i can get better and more samples and earn points quicker and that points shouldn't ever expire. But they added afterpay which i asked them a few years ago so that's greatly appreciated. Now i can buy in bulk and make payments overtime while increasing my collection quicker.
In all the years I have been ordering from Frangrance buy I have only ever had one problem of the wrong item being shipped and it was taken care of immediately, quickest and best customer service ever. Always prompt at shipping my orders. This is a highly recommended company for all your scent needs.
I bought two pdm fragrances to give as a gift, FedEx had a delay and I contacted the service department about possibly not getting the fragrances in time. Zoya responded that she would leave a message to FedEx and have them expedited. And that they did! So so happy and thankful for that. Will be purchasing many more fragrances through the site because customer service like that goes a long way.
The prices and selection are great. The only thing I would like them to do is update the checkout prices to US when purchasing from there. The Canadian prices sometimes throw me off. Otherwise no problems at all with this site.
I think you should put a couple samples with purchase for Eau Addict Members just show gesture of appreciation and we will buy them if we like them. Also arrange faster shipping for premium status too so we will buy more.
I purchased PDM Pegasus during the Boxing Day sale and got the best deal than any other sites out there. Shipping was fast and received the product in 3 days. What else could I ask for. I am not upset about it or anything, however, I was just expecting to get more than one considering I purchased 5 fragrances. I just recently discovered fragrance buy and ever since. I have been ordering everything has come to me. Intact and without defect and extremely quick living in Canada. That is a true find. Item came on time. The tracking was delayed so much the Item arrived before the tracking could catch up. My bottle was broken upon arrival. I bought a rare parfum so did not feel it necessary to try and get another bottle as it will likely be out of stock for a while. It still holds liquid, but the decorative leaf on the bottle had broken and allowed some liquid to spill all over the container.

FragranceBuy had reached out to me and provided excellent customer service. I would be happy to do business with them again. I feel confident they will make right any future issues I may have.
Fragrance buy is 100% REAL! Don't miss out or second guess. They have amazing prices, a huge assortment and a ton of brands. They are very professional and ship very fast. From purchase to delivery here in US they used FedEx and it took about 3-4 business days.
Also, if you are someone like me that likes to budget a bit more, they have promotions and also allow you to split payments through payment services such as Afterpay.
Fragrance buy I WILL be back, you have a client for life.
Overall pleased with my first purchase. Shipping wasn't bad for shipping over a border. Prices were good. Fragrances are exactly what I ordered. The two things that impressed me the most were the packaging they used to ship was much better than most fragrance discount sites. Most just put your stuff in a box but they use a nice thick box and packing foam peanuts. I also liked how even though I ordered on Two separate days they put both of my orders in the same package. Will use again.
