Not my first time ordering here. The only reason I took one star away was because one of my samples (Mercedes Benz Man) had only 3 or 4 dribbles in it. Couldn't really give it an honest test. Oh well.

The Givenchy Gentleman EdP Boiseé is an amazing fragrance. Delicate, yet masculine, with a lot of staying power. Delivery was speedy, and the packaging was extremely secure. I was just extremely disappointed to see Styrofoam cubes lining the box. I know there are economical, sustainable cushioning solutions out there. And I'm much happier when I can recycle something as opposed to tossing it in the garbage.

I am satisfied with the order I placed it was delivered quickly all my products were intact no damages to boxes orders were correct. What I don't like is while I'm using the site it keeps kicking me off I have to wait until the next day to continue browsing

Overall it's been great...orders are delivered on time.
In the beginning I used to get samples, but it's no longer the case and it's a shame as these samples used to put me on to different scents I'm not familiar with. It'll be great of I start getting those again

Recently got into frangrances and here in Canada it's nice to have a discounter that offers such amazing deals especially so I can get my hands on some niche houses not available in store around my area. I really like the 99 cent extra fee for protection and a sample. I look forward to some of my fragrance wish list becoming available again.

I've had great experiences with my 50+ purchases. They arrived accurately and in great condition. I'm starting to make this my preferred online store although I do go back to fragrance net and jomashop because the samples they provide in addition to my purchases.

Fragrance Buy has been exceptionally reliable. The last order was submitted on a Thursday afternoon and was delivered the following Tuesday afternoon to my door… 3 days has been the norm for the last dozen or so purchases. (I live in a nearby city to their distribution location)

Astonished to find there is virtually no aroma. I spray it on the skin as well as on a washed garment - and the aroma is 'gone' as soon as it is sprayed.

Brought it up with Fragrance Buy and they promptly sent me a return mailing label and refunded the amount.

Such a wonderful fragrance. This is more of a suit and tie elegant type of scent. I would wear it on a date or somewhere where you want to make a good impression. Made for cooler type of weather or nights. For maximum results i spray on my clothes. Overall 9/10. Very warm and inviting scent. I will buy again

I'm afraid I had a bad customer service experience recently. My fragrance was delivered to the wrong address. Within less than five minutes after placing the order I emailed your customer service informing them not to deliver at the checkout address. My instructions were ignored. Instead, my order was sent to the wrong address. Your customer service is poor. Why do you ask customers to contact you if they need help?
