The worst customer service I've ever experienced! It's impossible to reach anyone over the phone, emails are not answered it takes 5 emails to get one back, if any. I had issues with receiving my package, I basically didn't get it although they sent me photos of the package being delivered moments later when I arrived at my door there wasn't anything. I submitted a stolen package form to receive a refund or even just have the products sent again, but no one has been getting back to me. If anything goes wrong with your orders they will claim they're "'not liable" instead of doing anything to help. Do not order from here! I paid $495 for perfumes I didn't receive!

Shopped Fragrancebuy several times with excellent results. The one time my package was stolen (though no fault of theirs) the excellent customer service promptly issued full refund. Definitely will use again.

I was able to grab the hard-to-find Dior Homme Parfum at a great price. The shipping was super fast as well, with it being delivered to the southeast US in only 5 days. I've never had a negative experience with FragranceBuy and they remain one of my favorite sources for fragrances. My only suggestion is to look into their notification system as there have been a few instances where I've signed up to receive restock notifications, but did not receive one. This was one of those times. Luckily a Facebook friend noticed it in stock and let me know about it.

I found out about Fragrancebuy on YouTube. I was originally skeptic because the prices seemed too good to be true, but then I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad i did. I have ordered several fragrances from this website. All are 100% authentic, and always arrive in great condition. Excellent experience with fragrancebuy. Ordered high end cologne and everything was legit. I made sure to read a lot of reviews before ordering and you can believe the good ones. Shipping was unbelievably fast (Ontario) and I received my order next day. I made three different purchases and all went very well without issue. Will definitely be ordering again.
