It was nice surprise receiving first box two years ago. All was very well packed and arrived two days later although I live few kilometers from your office. Since then I had some bad experiences like leaking sprayer, opened and used tester, missing shipment and lately not so we'll packaged box. These styrofoam balls are not too good at protecting boxes. Shipping now makes me nervous as I'm not always home to pick it up from the floor in my appt building when courier comes. I will rather go to post office to pick it up than being stressed about missing shipment. Insurance never cover lost shipment fully.
Firstly I love that FragBuy has an IOS app. Secondly the prices are top tier in terms of competition. I have had nothing but great buying experiences and quality scents. They also sent me free samples with the first purchase I made. Ships out quick and usually receive approx 5 days. I always recommend to my friends.
It took over 2 weeks and my package still wasn't delivered. Super slow service but the blame is honestly on FedEx. Fragrancebuy was still kind enough to fully refund me so at least they have that going for them.

Ok, so I was sent a broken Dior Homme Parfum bottle that was cracked leaking all over my hands, counter, and clothes. I sent pictures and proof of everything. I purchased the extra insurance coverage if it's damaged. Well, they are telling me they can't cover it. I've emailed them I'd say 8+ times with no response. I've called 5+ times and left voicemails. The service is horrible and let's not hope you receive anything damaged.

All items received were authentic and they arrived on time. However, two of the items I ordered came damaged. I'm not sure if this is Fragrancebuy's fault or FedEx's but that was the only issue. Everything else was great.

Just to be flat out honest, I wasn't sure if I was signing up to be scammed by this website. I live in California and had never heard of these guys before, but decided to take a chance and roll the dice. It's simply legit. I will be going the fragrancebuy.ca from now on. I can't get over the prices and selection. They carry a fragrance that is out of production and at price that is unheard of anywhere else. The packaging was great and the bottle was brand new and sealed. I'm constantly telling people I know about these guys and how impressed I am. Shipping and delivery was fast and customer service answered my questions promptly and understood my questioning. Truly, thank you to fragrancebuy.ca!
