I ordered and paid for 3 items, one of which is an Acqua Di Parma Colonia Club tester. The bottle is different from those sold in stores, also the smell which doesn't hold for more than a couple of hours compared to the very strong sample I tried in a store. A niche sample that was offered as part of my order wasn't delivered. When I emailed on this, I was asked to send a photo of the package that arrived (to prove I was telling the truth) and casually told that it would be sent with the next order I place. I've been left very displeased and disappointed.
Fragrances I ordered were some of the best pricing I found, and was shipped and received in a reasonable amount of time... I really like the new fragrances I purchased!

I was able to find some classic scents that are not easily obtained in the US. Shipping to me here in the States was super fast and the items were very well packaged.
FragranceBuy often has the best prices and a huge selection of hard-to-find scents. I love the website and find the "Rare Gems", "New Arrivals", and "Wish List" features to be very useful. Shipping speed is always reasonable. I live in the southern US and usually receive my items in less than a week. The packaging is the best in the game and my bottles are always incredibly secure. I still think they deserve 5 stars for their selection and prices, but I do have a couple of suggestions on how they could make things even better. 1) Free shipping based on a dollar amount rather than # of bottles. I think it's silly that I could buy five $30 bottles and get free shipping, but still have to pay to ship four $250 bottles. 2) Extend the expiration of reward points to 12 months of inactivity.
