I have almost 900 fragrances in my collection. I have had great customer service and overall experience compared to other shops including fast shipment. I am updating my review with two recent observations. Ever since their recent upgrade/enhancement to their online ordering system has a few glitches which I have provided feedback to the company. Searches on the web version drops entries where their app version returns all entries. However their app version has more limited search criteria which their web version maintains the same good capability. E.g., app version misses filtering such as volume size, customer rating, tester option, etc.
The other recent change I have noticed, prices are a bit higher on some items, where can't assume they have the lowest, so I do more comparisons to other stores. That's just my overall observation and may not be the same for others. Overall, it is still one of my favorite shops where don't have to deal with delayed shipping or poor inventory management of some other sites. I recommend them.

I recently purchased a Creed Aventus fragrance from Fragrancebuy, expecting it to be authentic, but I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. Upon comparing it with the same fragrance purchased from a high-end retailer, there are clear discrepancies:
1. Packaging: The box did not contain the signature Creed paper insert, which is standard with authentic bottles.
2. Perfume Level: The liquid level in the bottle was noticeably lower than it should be.
3. Overall Quality: The scent lacked the richness and longevity I'm accustomed to with Creed fragrances.

I chose Fragrancebuy because of its reputation for selling authentic perfumes, but this experience has left me questioning their authenticity claims. This is very disappointing, especially given the premium price point. I will not be purchasing from them again unless they address these issues and provide assurances of authenticity.
