Fantastic products, fantastic delivery, fantastic prices, and fantastic customer service. My only problem is products are rarely in stock and or take a lengthy period of time to restock.
Mail man delivered to the wrong house, not fragrancebuy's fault. I ordered on the 29th if August and received the package within 5 days. I expected closer to 2 weeks since it was coming from Canada, but was absolutely surprised when it arrived ahead of my anticipation. Well done. One of the fragrances i used from the order didn't seem genuine and authentic as i have used the same fragrance before from the original hugo boss store. But it had a difference in the fragrance
The perfume is really good, I had an issue with FedEx but there was an excellent customer support that helped me.
Only issue was that the bottled had a defect, a small leak on the sprayer
My wife loves the gucci flora line, now have them all thanks to fragrance buy. Literally 50% of the price from my local drug store. Cant go wrong
Been a customer since 2017 and have purchased A LOT of fragrances from Fragrance Buy. Shipping is always fast, products are always genuine and as described. Never had an issue in all these years. Best fragrance discounter in Canada!
Use a better delivery company. Given a new delivery date 5 days in a row. It took me calling them to complain before it showed up

Fragrance replied to my earlier review very quickly. They provided me with a suitable resolution. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again.
I was Leary ordering from Canada, but the prices could not be beat. Shipping was amazing and everything was received in perfect condition. 10/10 will purchase again

FragranceBuy has a great selection of fragrances at competitive prices. I shop at other online discounters as well but FragranceBuy is probably the best. Shipping is good and usually pretty quick. I've only had one issue out of many orders. One product had leaked while in transit. Customer service was responsive and handled the issue promptly. I would recommend FragranceBuy if you have never given them a try.
Selection, service, and shipping are all outstanding! I've placed a few orders with FragranceBuy and it's always been a great experience. I won't hesitate to shop here again.
Received my perfumes on time and with proper care, each bottle was properly packed and box was filled with thermacol fillings for extra protection, Loved the service.
I wish i knew about this website sooner...i was able to find perfume i have been searching for, for ages. I was able to get perfume my mom loved and couldn't find...cannot wait to surprise her.

I've ordered plenty of times from Fragrance Buy and I would suggest them to everyone. I'm happy with all my purchases and plenty of times they are the first to receive new releases,etc and a great assortment of low price,designers and niche fragrances.
I recived my order when it was supposed to be delivered. But it seems like the afnan in not full like it should be but i cant confirm that as the bottle is not transparent. Other than that great.
Delivery was always on time, and the rewards system is very helpful. Wide collection of perfumes and the "notify me" feature helped me spend more :D
