Customs are government lead departments and any delays that incur in relation to the clearance for shipments through your local customs are beyond both our control and the couriers. I can see that you have shipped from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey which does only currently offer the DHL Express service.
We do apologise for any inconveninece this may be causing our customers.
We are in the process of introducing an additional tracked courier service from our Tax Free warehouse to offer more flexibility to our customers who choose to use this warehouse for international shipping. Unfortunately we cannot yet confirm when the new courier services will be ready to go live from Guernsey but we will ensure all customers are notified as soon as we receive the green light.
Please be assured we are continuously working on sourcing more budget courier options for our customers and hope to have these additional services rolled out from all of our warehouse locations as soon as possible.
