Just a bit slow because of the situation in japan warehouse
Had multiple orders repackaged and shipped to me. Great service everything arrived in perfect condition.

Progress updated accordingly.
First, my package arrived with foward2me and was flagged "requires repackaging". The only option I could choose was their Repack service, when I tried to choose this I was informed that there were 600+ packages in the queue and there would be a delay.
Second I contacted forward2me to try to forward the original package. I was told it could be flagged for 2 reasons, either the packaging is poor OR the packaging could be made smaller. However as it "could" be poorly packaged forward2me would not be held responsible if my goods arrived damage. So at this point my package was being held for ransom. I could have it forwarded without any protection or wait for additional services. I then pressed the issue and was told the package was flagged for repack because they felt the packaging was too big. Also, when I did look into options with repack I had to choose between cost or safety as a priority. Seriously? Why should I be forced to choose? Did I sign up to a gambling website?
Third, my package was delayed with the courier. The only option shipping option I could choose with forward2me was Priority 1-3 business days. I watched the tracking as my package sat at a depot for 7 days. This is not uncommon for my area as I'm semi-rural. When I asked forward2me to chase the courier I was told there is nothing they can do as it's out of their hands. Very disappointing given it's the sender who has leverage with a courier company. There is a lot they could do as a business who the courier would want to keep happy.
Lastly I am seeking a refund from the courier for not meeting the delivery SLA on my package. Forward2me have conveniently stopped replying to my emails. It currently looks like Priority service was not even available for my area however forward2me happily sold me Priority and charged me for it.
All in all this was a terribly frustrating experience. I highly recommend trying a different company.

Fast shipment and good service. I bought a lot from EU and UK, I can get the parcel info soon after the parcel arrives, and shipped quickly.

There are 2 reasons why we mark packages received as 'Repacking Required'.
1.We have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping
2. We feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking.
The repack advisory on a package is not mandatory, you do not have to proceed with the repack for your packages and you can accept the risk of shipping packages as received.

Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we were experiencing delays at our Japanese warehouse which was affecting every aspect of the service, such as receiving and repacking parcels, dispatching shipments and enquires with the team in Japan. We have recently moved to a new location in Japan. All customers have been sent an email regarding the change of address in Japan to allow them time to change the delivery details with their retailers. The new Japan address will be displayed from customer accounts immediately. Please don't worry if you have already had orders sent to the old Japan warehouse address as we will be arranging collections from the old address for up to one month.
