One of my forwarded packages got delayed at Customs and they were very helpful in chasing it up with the relevant courier.
My experience was good and the reply were fast and Jane gave me all the requirements and went beyond to help me understand the requirements
I never gave theme the permission to share my email with third parties. But I receive emails from Sitejabber which I never share my email with.

As per our terms of use section 7 we may share data with selected third parties. Forward2me send the review request email to you with the Site Jabber review link included. All customers who ship through our service will receive a review request from us to their registered email once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the courier tracking. The review email does not come from a third party company but by submitting a review from the link you would be entering into an agreement for us to process some of your personal data for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to receive any notification emails relating to our service, there is the option to select the 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any emails that we send to you and we can also arrange for feedback notifications to be switched off from your account if required. Please contact our Customer Experience team to request this in writing.

We are sorry that you felt dissatisfied with our service.
Due to your package containing prescription medication we have to adhere to the country specific import restrictions and regulations that are provided to us by the couriers as per local customs authorities.
Unfortunately this can sometimes mean that for certain countries we, as a forwarding agency, are not authorized to ship prescription or non prescription medication of any kind internationally with the couriers.
As a forwarding company we understand that it is difficult to access certain medications for some of customers internationally or it is just not internet accessible like in UK. If you refer to our prohibited items page on our website you will also see that medication (17. 3. 16 Drugs-including all over-the-counter, prescription and legal drugs as well as illegal drugs / narcotics) are stated as an item that can be prohibited for us to ship. I cannot see that you had contacted us about your intension to purchase medication prior to you purchasing the order from the online pharmacy. If you had inquired with us prior to purchase we would have been able to inform you about the relevant country specific import restrictions for your medication prior to receipt.
I feel that you were provided with a high level of service from the customer experience team and we tried our best to assist you with the shipping issues relating to your medication.
I can see that there was a slight delay with the document and repack request coming back from our warehouse and we are advising all customers to be aware that due to the ongoing industrial action with Royal Mail, this is causing large spikes in our workloads, and resulting in us struggling to hit targets on multiple occasions.
We want to thank you for using our service and your patience while we work through these issues.
