I made a mistake to duplicate the package information.
She responded to my troubles right away.
This company is absolutely a scam and I'm wondering if the positive reviews are even legitimate. I ordered something through the UK address to send to me in the US and was given the option (on the website order page) to send it via UPS. A month goes by and no package shows up (no tracking updates either) so I reach out to customer support who contacts UPS to find the package. Couple of weeks go by and they get the package back (supposedly) but refuse to send it to me and demand that I fill out forms (not attached to the email - can't find them), give something called a "vat number" and "drop ball" and give them contact information from the original vendor I ordered from. They opened my package and went through it, they clearly know what I purchased! They also demanded I pay fees for UPS losing my package and won't let me have my package until I pay for their mistakes. They can keep my stuff, at this point, we've been going back and forth for MONTHS. I just want this company to stop harassing me for money and leave me be.

Based on the information that UPS has requested from you, we are presuming that your shipment contains items such as a prescription sunglasses or prescription glasses. Please note, local customs requirements for clearing items such as prescription glasses and sunglasses into USA will ask for the receiver to complete a document called a 'Drop Ball' certificate to confirm the manufacturer details and material components for the sunglasses or prescription glasses. This requirement from local customs is beyond our control as a forwarding agency. If possible, please contact our customer experience team from info@forward2me.com and confirm the tracking details for your shipment so we can investigate the issues with your shipment further. Also, are you able to source and complete a copy of the drop ball certificate for the prescription glasses/ sunglasses to pass onto UPS and aid the clearance of your shipment?

Iv had a great experience so far. I'm from Australia using a foreign service with no prior experience.
