We monitor reviews for authenticity
Information regarding the importer required by US customs was missing from our package documentation. Seems like Forward2Me should be aware of this and proactively provide it. Additionally customer service by email is too slow due to time differences etc. The option to converse by phone would make things faster.
The set up and forwarding process was straightforward and went smoothly. Very easy to use.
I had an issue with my requsest to repackage / optomise my parcel, but customer service quickly reached out and made it right, and explained how to improve this step in the future. Thank you!
Great forwarder. Easy to use and friendly customer service
Got a parcel forwarded to the UK to US, the entire experience was perfect. You can combine packages for a smaller shipping fee, if you are getting multiple. They also log every item in your parcel for your viewing so you can make sure everything you ordered is there. After being combined everything was really well packed and arrived quickly! Would use this service again 10/10
I had 29 orders shipped to Forward2Me within a 31 day period without incident. Most places purchased from would not ship to the US hence the reason for using a reshipper. So, after doing the math, it made sense to have numerous orders repacked and shipped from there to here. The only thing I learned at the end was to keep the value below 800 dollars to avoid an additional customs charge. Shipping from Forward2Me was amazingly smooth and fast. In the end, service, shipping costs, plus customs came to about what it would cost without using a reshipper but I was able to purchase what I couldn't and the process was easier.

With regards to the shipping cost, the cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. Couriers use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see on this occasion the volumetric weight 1.90 kg is higher than the actual weight 1.24 kg so the shipping fees are calculated on the higher volumetric weight.
Why is volumetric weight charged?
As an item increases in size, it occupies more space on a vehicle or aircraft, consequently leading to higher shipping costs. For large yet lightweight items, the pricing is determined by their dimensions rather than their weight.
I hope this helps explain how shipping costs are calculated.

Worked as expected but a bit on the expensive side.
I was looking to purchase some things from the UK but the seller didn't ship to Canada. I found forward2me and they were courteous and helpful. I shipped to my UK address and got the items repacked and shipped. Moreover; the items were perfumes and considered dangerous goods; forward2me took care of all the paperwork and shipping.

Used Forward2Me for a laptop recently. If you order photos, the procedure is clumsy. First they open the package after arrival. Then you can order photos. Then they open the package again to take the photos, which could delay the procedure by about a day. This seems unnecessary to me, I should be able to ask for photos in advance, so that the package is opened only once.
Otherwise I'm very satisfied, great service.
