I've used the service three times to forward items from UK storage to my address in Brazil, and the experience it was always fast and efficient. I prefer to use DHL as a courier. The packages were carefully packed, and whenever I needed support or had questions, they responded quickly and accurately. I highly recommend it.

The shipping price is good, and the option to combine packages removing the outer box, all together in one box is cool. Occasionally there have been problems like mislaid parcels, however the customer service department do their best to resolve any issues. So, overall, I would recommend them.

Everything went smooth. I have been able to buy what I wanted, even when the shipping to my country is not possible. Very good service.

Regilyn Sevillo was very helpful in trying to find a solution for the shipment of a large and heavy item. This was my first experience with Forward2me. As advised by Regilyn it's best to consult them first prior to sending them a bulky package to find out about feasibility and shipment cost.
