Had ordered an item via the personal shopper a month ago and was told that the item had been despatched. I was lucky to come across Jane in customer service, who confirmed that the retailer could no longer deliver the item and she refunded my card as well. Jane followed up my case and came back to me with the necessary information and also did the refund as well. She was very professional

The shipping price is good, and the option to combine packages removing the outer box, all together in one box is cool. Occasionally there have been problems like mislaid parcels, however the customer service department do their best to resolve any issues. So, overall, I would recommend them.
The UI isn't intuitive, but the service is everything I'd want from the logistical standpoint: consistent updates for every step of the process and clear lists of options where decisions had to be made. I look forward to my next opportunity to use this service.

Information regarding the importer required by US customs was missing from our package documentation. Seems like Forward2Me should be aware of this and proactively provide it. Additionally customer service by email is too slow due to time differences etc. The option to converse by phone would make things faster.

Very helpful. Didn't take as long as i thought. This was my first time with the customer services and it did not disappoint.
Forward2Me is so helpful to get samples out of the UK to manufacturing plants overseas. I did find Fedex to be slower but easier than DHL. I will continue to utilize this service on a regular basis.
You can order things that in your country never arrives and ship to a warehouse from forward2me, later they send to you. If have any questions, Joyce from customer service is the boss, she helped me a lot and she resolved my questions! Very happy to get a help to understand how to forward2me works 😊
