The article with alcohol made things complicated and you have to contact us by email. There is potential for improvement here. Then the high postage costs from DHL spoil it; with DPD it would have been 75% cheaper.

We are currently working on automating the alcohol shipment process with DHL to streamline the procedure for our customers. Once this is implemented, you will no longer need to contact us via email to request repacking with DHL.
Additionally, it's important to note that DPD cannot transport alcohol shipments to EU countries after Brexit due to regulatory restrictions. This prohibition is within their network's policy.

I have had a great experience with forward2me. I've dropped some other package forwarding services because it just can't compare to having multiple boxes in different countries under a single account. This is my main box, and it will remain so for the foreseeable future!

Very fast and reliable service at a reasonable price. Of course they open your package to check the stuff, but they don't take anything out, so it's not a problem. I just think that it would be nicer if they offered a cheaper option for slower shipping.
I've used this service twice so far. First time everything went smoothly. Second time, I had some issues BUT they were amazingly helpful. I'd like to give a shout out to Aimee of customer support, she went above and beyond to help me and I am very satisfied with the quality of their customer service.
The responses are fast, they are very helpful and understanding. I think this is the best service out of all the forwarders I've tried.

I don't like how forward2me starts emailing its customers threatening emails by the second day to hurry up and pay for a shipping service or your order will get cancelled. Not sure what that means….perhaps they'll keep my purchased goods? I think there's a name to that!

We are a legitimate parcel forwarding company and have no means for retaining any of our customers packages or goods.
The SHIPMENT AWAITING PAYMENT email is automatically generated. It is a reminder email to notify all customers that the deadline to complete payment for their shipping invoice is coming to an end.
There is a 24 hour expiration deadline on all shipping invoices processed from customer accounts. We only send the remainder email 1 hour before the shipping invoice is due to expire if payment has not yet been completed.

A very useful service for overseas customers who cannot rely on post office delivery. Forward2me also sorted out additional requirements for sending batteries. Good response to queries and very fast turnaround once they received my item. Thank you.
They are very communicative and great at forwarding. However, the price originally quoted ended up doubling because of box size. Everything leads you to believe it's based on weight when you get the original quote.

There are only 2 factors that determine the price for shipping, which are weight and size. Please note, it is not always guaranteed that a combine and repack service will reduce the prices for shipping. This is dependable on the types of goods that are being repacked, if there is a a sufficient amount of volume to be saved by repacking or consolidating and we also need to consider if reducing or removing excess space or volume would effect the overall safety of the goods in transit.
