Forever 21 does not have the best customer service, I recently ordered an item from their website and beforehand was told it would arrive in 4-9 business days. After transaction I was told it would be here in 4-9 days as expected. TWO DAYS later I received an email saying it had just been shipped and would arrive in 4-9 business days. That is a total of ELEVEN unexpected shipping days. As I needed this item for my graduation, you can understand how upset I must have been. I emailed them (from which they did not respond to my email at all) and called, learning that there was no way I could speed up shipping or return the item once it had been shipped. On top of all this, if I want to return the overpriced item that also has overpriced 3-5 day shipping (an extra $18.00. Of which Amazon offers OVERNIGHT SHIPPING for only $10 bucks.) I would have to pay out of my pocket the return shipping costs even if the item was damaged. In conclusion, I will not be using or buying from Forever 21 again, it is a disappointment to lose a customer but it is also a disappointment to recieve bad customer service. I do wish them the very best, and I hope they can afford more clarity in the future.
They have male helpers in female dressing rooms. Their customer service is very poor. People on the counter does not even know how to talk to the customers. They don't have any respect for human beings. Why have they been hired when their manners and customer service is disappointing. I don't want to go there again.
They advertised "spend $50 and get a $10 coupon for next visit". We spent $98.00- they said they were "out of the coupons"?. Suggested we call the Regional Manager- we called 6 times- only got voicemail- then the message said " voicemail box full."
We called head office- no response- we sent an e-mail- and got an apology and a suggestion to call Regional Manager again!, Been there done that.

Worst service, got purse, the shoulder strap was missing, so I called and they say to ship it back and they will refund me the money, so I did only to find out their policy is to only refund $10 the max of the return shipping and it cost me 21 from Yukon the cheapest rates I could find. I called head office pissed about the lie they say. But the phone do not conect or they hang up on your nose, so I emailed from online too but never heard back. They literelly lied when I phone is nobody to talk to on a higher level and will make sure I tell everybody the sneaky bad pracrice they do to customers. Shameless company don't fall for it.
The worst costumer service I've ever experienced. They never called me back i waited for literally 2 hours on the phone. I waited for my package for 2 weeks only to find out they cancelled my order. NEVER ORDERING FROM AGAIN.

These clothes have great style. Very affordable. Not always the best quality but depending on what I'm buying, I'm ok with that. Cute stuff, jewelry too. I like the stores and the website. I even like that they have all size models on the website. Not many (if any) young stores do that.

I'm always hesitant to shop online and I ordered high waisted shorts (the first time buying them). I knew it was a long shot that I would like them or that they would fit. But they did! Packages take forever to get to my school but it arrived in a timely fashion and the size was exactly the size I wear in other jeans and shorts. The Cami i bought also fit perfectly. I love Forever 21!

Based on my last experience with purchasing clothing online I was a little wary. I ordered 3 dresses with forever 21 as I know them to be a reputable company. I ordered three dresses and because I bought over $60 of merchandise shipping was free. I live in Central Ontario and made my order on a Sunday, so it was processed the next day. 2 days later it was shipped and I had received within 3 days of my purchase. Impeccable speed. 2 of the dresses fit fantastic - I'm a smaller build with large hips so I was worried about size, but they supply a good chart for reference - but the third was a little big in the bust. I didn't want to tailor it and mess it up so I took it into the retail store about 40 minutes away from me. They gave me store credit in the amount I purchased it at, which I then used again to buy a different dress online plus accessories. Still had to pay for shipping but honestly, best online shopping experience ever. Definitely recommended!
This website is HOPELESS! Has anyone else experienced the same problem as me? Four times I have ordered from them and everything goes through fine (Order Confirmation, PayPal Confirmation) UNTIL I get another email from F21 to say my Order has been Cancelled due to one of the following reasons. There is never a specific reason, just 'due to one of the following reasons'. It never happens on the other sites I order from. I am convinced they just don't want to send to me. I live in Australia. Very poor service. I WILL TRY NO MORE!
There sizes run small and also after a couple washes my clothing starts to come apart. There clothes are beautiful but made from cheap fabric. Also there is a much wider selection for normal sizes but I would love to see more plus size especially some of the normal sizes made plus size.
Free s! Hipping? Not if you're mailing address is a P. O. Box. They won't send it UPS to get it to your physical address and they won't ship free to a P. O. Box. Stupid! They screw up your order and then won't send the correct item until you return the wrong one and by then it's out of stock. Try to pay for something at a store and have them hold it? Nope, they won't do that. At least the the Santa Barbara, CA store. They clearly do not care at all about the customers who have made them such a big company.
So I've had some $#*!ty experiences in the past, buying things at the store that broke 20 minutes into wearing them. But the returns policy is by far the most disgusting corporate leeching technique of all time. I paid more to return the item than what it cost for me to buy the item in the first place. It's disgusting. Word of advice to all you shoppers out there: DON'T BUY FROM FOREVER21.
This was my first time ordering clothes online so I was a tad worried. My clothes were shipped in two orders which I was emailed about when I ordered. I bought 8 items- 2 pairs of pants, 1 jumper, 1 pair of shorts, 1 shirt and 2 dresses. The first half of the order was late because of the holiday weekend and the second one arrived a week after the first because of the storm on the east coast. Because my items were later than anticipated they gave me a free item in my order! The shirt and one of the dresses didn't fit me the way I thought they would but overall I enjoyed the other garments and this has encouraged me to buy again. Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
