DO NOT order from Foot Locker if there's any chance your child's feet are going to grow within 45 day. I bought a pair of basketball shoes for my daughter in September for basketball season that starts in November. When we got them, they fit and were fine. By the time basketball season started, her feet had grown and we just needed a half a size bigger. They had never been worn but because I was barely past the 45 day return date, they wouldn't even exchange them. Now I have an expensive pair of basketball shoes that don't fit my daughter all because I was trying to get ahead of the game and be prepared. I will NEVER shop at this store again!
Bought a NB pair of shoes, reference 327. Only wore them 5 times, after washing them, the color faded totally. I reached out to FOOTLOCKER looking to replace them in another color or get a store credit, at least, but none of the above happened. Even worst, they asked me to reach out directly to NEW BALANCE, ignoring i made the purchase through them and not giving customer value at all.

The customer service keep repeating the same word will take 3 days to process and 2-5 days shipping. Then on 3rd day after I pushed them then only they told you the product is out of stock! Why need to wasting customer time by giving stupid reason.
First they said warehouse check. Escalate to them
Second, they said the product is already hand over to courier but the J&T not update the system- find excuse and blame j&t
Third- only they said is out of stock. I ask for refund.

Foot Locker has to be the worst with online reservation wins. I've won the ship to me option on 4 occasions this year and each time they claim I've won but when it's time for me to get the shoes they say their credit card authorization reader wouldn't process my card. It's the same card I've been using for years and now it's a problem and they won't do anything about it.
My order was canceled two days after placing my order. This is very inconvenient and prevented me from purchasing the product elsewhere while waiting for this order. A 48 hour turn around time to cancel my order is ridiculous.
Customer service representatives contacted me today saying my order would still be delivered and the warehouse was still processing my order but rest assured your order will arrive in the 3-5 business day window this was at 1:02pm via email. Then I received an email saying my order was canceled less than 30mins later.
This is very inconvenient and inconsiderate of your customers. I talked to a customer service representative and he said that there is no compensation for this inconvenience.
In these circumstances that are out of my control and put me in a bad situation, this should be remedied with a compensation of a 20% discount or something of that nature.
Foot locker is inconsiderate of their customers.
I have had two refunds this year that takes months...yes months to recieve. But the worse part is they never inform you, you have to do all the chasing yourself.
For example: it is mid October and I am still waiting for a refund for a returned pair of sneakers from March!
If Footlocker read this, and by looking at the enormous amount of negative reviews here the obviously have given up, please do not reply with a "we are sorry for your experience" or "please contact us so we can rectify the issues". Too late Fottlocker...too late..
I just bought air force 1s from footlocker. Brand new, and wanted to return them because they looked worn and creased from the back. When I went to the store, they didn't refund them because they "looked worn" and nobody would buy them. Absolute joke, buy your shoes from Nike or JD sports. (For the location in vaughan mills)
I've had 2 pair of shoes I've ordered from footlocker each time I order from them. Something goes wrong, It takes almost 30 days to get a refund. You're better off.dealing with Nike or Adidas directly... Their customer service reps are horrible. You'll sit on hold for 20 minutes to get told I don't know... One star is too good for them they should offer minus 1 star... Don't waste your time
Footlocker has the WORST customer service phone team. I've talked to 5 different customer service agents. They continue to get my order wrong. They continue to take a very long time to answer very simple questions that any other retailer can answer quickly, such as "which store has a certain shoe in a specific size" and other similar questions. They'd put me on hold for 5 minutes after each question.
Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and they have left us in should be delivered in 3 days ever since. When I call to cancel the order they don't help at all. Total $#*! show
I usually order all my stuff online, but I will never ever order through Foot locker again. I had called to ask about an order placed and possibly canceling before it was shipped because there was an issue and the agent I spoke with was so rude. I really tried asking politely and he just made me feel like I was stupid for even contacting them to ask about canceling. I asked if I could please be transferred to someone else and she was nicer but didn't help. She actually said she'd call me back and never did. Instead I received an email immediately after that saying my item would be shipped. I personally don't continue to shop with companies who are rude and unhelpful and given this experience this was it for me.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received from foot locker customer service. I ordered a back to school sneaker for my granddaughter who just started school.I was given the run around for a refund. I've been shopping with them for 28yrs for my children and now my grandchildren I will never order from them again they service sucks and I'm very disappointed my order number is P**************-7JLXUXCHZI.

Every time I go to a Foot Locker it's always a great experience, great customer service, great products, and clean stores.
I bought a pair of shoes online, and as they didn't fit I returned them. The company acknowledged receipt of the returned item on 15th August as I discovered by going through the couriers involved.
Having waited for some acknowledgement I visited their site and engaged with their "chatbot". It was useless and could have been designed by a toddler! It was no help at all.
I then wrote to the company on about a dozen different occasions. Finally on 18th September I received my refund. This was more than three times longer than the company's promise of a refund within 10 days!
I will not do business with them again!

I ordered a size 12, was too small so I did an exchange for a size 13 and footlocker sent me one size 13 DISPLAY and one size 11! I called and spoke with a supervisor and he was very rude and didn't want to offer anything but a return. It's been 2 1/2 weeks since I placed my first order with two different Jordan's. Highly disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered a pair of shoes from footlocker online.the order was processed and my credit card was charged. The shoe I received was not what was ordered and less expensive. I asked why they did this and she said because they did not have the size I ordered I asked wasn't the order denied and I was emailed telling me this. Instead they sent a less expensive shoe. I have all screen shots of this text transaction. I finally said I would dispute it on my credit card and was threatened if I did I would be banned from buying from footlocker and their sister companies. I am so mad. Very unprofessional company I will never deal with this company again.
