I'm always very skeptical about ordering stuff online specially when it comes to personalized gifts. I ordered a personalized photo plant cup for my partner, the quality was great. I'm really impressed.
I usually don't write reviews, but because many people use ferns and petals for special occasions, thought to share this.
Having very bad experience with Ferns N Petals from last few orders. I ordered something and scheduled it for a birthday, they delivered the order 4 days before and when I raised a concerned, I get this automated reply-
"We would like to inform you that this is festive time and sometime courier gift may delayed so not to spoil your occasion we deliver it earlier."
Irony is a business which runs on the idea to deliver gifts on scheduled date, changes the slot selected by customer without any communication.

My order (*******) status was never getting updated. Got partially delivered. A totally soft cake sent to loved ones and no flowers. Pathetic.
No response to the complaints raised through the website as well. I lost a lot of money on this (Close to 10,000 bucks). I want a refund for everything.

The "so called cake" must have been a left-over from a cake smash event, recipients could not decipher the mothers day wishes on it. If these people can run a business esp with their intelligent customer service team which cant get back to a complaint within 24hr to fix that day Im convinced anyone can be better. I sent a gift for my niece on her birthday, it was undelivered despite being assured during all my calls that it would be delivered.
After the due date when asked for my refund, they denied giving me the same and said we do not have any such policy
F&P is doing a fab job by delivering love n happiness for those special moments and that too in affordable pricing! Every year I get rakhi delivered with sweets. The sweets are always of premium quality & fresh. This year I also ordered cake & roses for my dad on his bday which were exactly as shown in the pic... Beautiful Rose bouquet with delicious cake. Don't order from FNP, they are a cheat. They modify your order with something cheap $#*! without even notifying you and then say you haven't notified before 24 hours. How could someone giving a surprise gift will do so? Bull$#*! people. Scammers. Don't waste your money here. Better go somewhere else or use Amazon.

It was my mum's birthday and I placed an order in advance. Upon checking they told me that the delivery date is April 2nd instead of April 1st. I called them and also send an email with the screen shots but seems like their whole team have set template for all the queries.

Customer Service has no clue how to investigate the issue. For sure, never going to place any order with them. This is cannot be called as variation of color and design, its the exact opposite.
Could you confirm, how do you charge Rs. 1440 for a cake which is worth not more than Rs. 300 and can be brought from any local bakery? Shocking and disgusting!

Frustrating 1st time experience(Actually Last experience) Paid extra for a 10 am delivery. Sadly they delivered@ 4.50 pm. Called their helpline, wait time of 12 mins, in which they advertised super fast and midnight delivery options. Huh:-(

Would give zero rating if there was such option. Ordered a beautiful succulent plant with stripes for my mother's b'day from Ferns N Petals and what they delivered isn't even what I ordered and damaged. They said that was the only one available, then the order shouldn't have been confirmed. Plus the quality was bad, one leaf was turning yellow and other 3 had their tips broken off. I requested for an exchange and sent them the photos for reference. The customer service is so pathetic that they refused to exchange the product and instead said it looked perfectly fine. Imagine sending such products on someone else's happy day only to make them disappointed. Do not order from Ferns N Petals. Its a waste of money and bad customer service.
