These guys will give you fake promises, but they dont deliver cake as per they mentioned.
When you contact customer care, they doesnt know when the order will be delivered. And they will not cancel it as well.
They will cheat your order and doesnt respond as well.
This happened to me for 3 consecutive order now. Hence i am not gonna use fern and petal anymore.
Beware of ferns and petals they will cheat you and not deliver it as well

My experience was horrible. I have ordered a carrot cake well in advance as a surprise for my father's birthday. The cake was not delivered even after the time specified. When I called them they said the order is kept on hold stating that the carrot cake is not available. There was no information provided to me until I called and enquired. This is not the service which I expected. I should have properly informed well before the delivery date and arranged for an alternative if the product is not available. Pathetic service and will never refer to anyone else. I don't know why I choose ferns and petals this year for giving surprise cake for my father. Big mistake. If you cannot do this properly, better you should close this company. Birthdays and anniversaries come only once in a year and If lost the chance to surprise, then we will have to wait for a year again. I want to cancel my order and need my refund ASAP. My order number is *******

It was the very first time I ordered something from FNP. I was not confident at the first phase but decided to take a try. Since pandemic halted our normalcy in the life it was not possible for me to personally visit at my sister's place for her birthday & I wanted to gift something responsibly and non-materialistic to her. I searched online and destined with FNP. I decided to gift a classic Jade plant with some chocolates as our asusual sweet custom with personalized birthday wish template card with it. The gift was delivered properly packaged, early from the estimated time with proper social distance maintaining. My sister loved her birthday gift and the product was delivered properly and same as described and customized from my side. Hi,
I have been very disappointed with your company for your unprofessional staff and service.
I placed a birthday order no... on 24th September consisting of bamboo plant, 10 pink roses bouquet and chocolates. Order Plant wasn't available and you'll cancelled my order after payment was made.
Upon calling your call Centre and being put on hold each call for 30mins. To which I have all proof even the phone call recording. Where your staff who claimed her name was Rishu made a new order for delivery on same day only bamboo replaced by peace lily plant. She kept me on hold and said new order no wasn't coming up due to technical issue so will send it on email. Which didn't obviously cone till date. Not gift delivered. And having me call again and keep explaining the same story to a new call Centre staff. Who claims there is no order.
What on earth is happening? Is this the service you'll give to customer? And wasting our time? I really need an explanation for this.
