This is with regard to order no. *******. Reasons as below:
A) The shape of the bottle was the highlight. It was supposed to be a box-shaped one. Could change slightly what is being given to us is around lousy cheap quality glass pot. It did not contain the pebbles too... as shown in their image online. Please do not be filled by the images shown by fern and petal in another online portal. It's nowhere close to the actual product sent.
C) The personalized message which was so important has come in a plain paper written. This is insulting... I could have done that with my home printer.
D) some card with a note " congrats " is sent. WHY?. The entire personalized message was NOT based on THAT.
C) THE MESSAGE IS SEND IN A PLAIN PAPER TYPED... HOW CAN FERNS AND DETAILS DO THIS. WORSE, THE message send by me is addressed to me... you can see it in the image attached.
WORST IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. THEY DONT RESPOND WELL.
2. THEY ONLY SPEAK ONCE SIDED.
3. THEY WILL NOT ARRANGE ANY SORT OF DECENT REFUND.
PLEASE IN STRONGLY RECCOMEND YOU NOT GOING WITH FERNS AND PETALS EVER.
THEY WILL FOR SURE SPOIL YOUR HAPPINESS.

From ordering to delivery all the service was very easy and professional. I was updated on the entire process via email. I was only able to contact them via email not on the telephone line during the time I needed to contact them urgently. And when you call from abroad it's even more difficult. That was the only drawback. Other than that everything was good.

My daughter sent me a bouquet for my birthday. For the size vs price, it was a complete rip off. Even that might not have been so bad, had the flowers been fresh. The white carnations already had brown petals and by the next day they had all wilted. F&P promised a replacement, but to date NOTHING! Never again!

They charged around $1000 for cake and sparkle candle, but they delivered a different cake at the end of the day outside their promised time.The cake had a long human hair in it. They closed the complaint without any compensation or apologies. They are becoming worse day by day.

I had ordered a Personalised Photograph Cushion... they delivered the next day as they promised with no proper packaging... The product had vertical lines all over it. I raised a complaint but they replied with a scripted notes stating we would look into this at the earliest...

I had ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and the the scheduled delivery was on sep 14th 2020 at 5 pm.
There was a unavoidable sad situation at home and i had to postpone the birthday party and also postpone my delivery of the cake, On 13th sep 2020 at 3pm which is before 24 hours of my actual delivery i called the customer care and requested the delivery of my order to be postpone to 19th sep.
The customer care representative said he will try and will confirm, even after my multiple followup calls on the same day and next day as well, they did not say NO neither confirmed the reschedule of the order and finally they sent the cake on 14th sep which i could not collect and sent the cake back.
I tried requesting them the situation at home but they still did confirm the reschedule of my till 18 sep so i had reorder the same cake paying 2700 again as i had already shown the design of the cake to my daughter.
So for one cake i payed 5400. I request the Ferns and Petal team to at least consider the situations and accept the reschedules if it is 24 hours time frame before actual delivery.

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!

Answer: I can't say if they are fraud or not, but their service is terrible. Only 2/4 of my orders were delivered. Their customer service is non-existent. Just ignore the emails and mark it as spam. Don't order with them. Avoid!
