They sent wrong Product other than which I Ordered. I ordered some sweet and rakhi on Rakhi, but they delivered Wrong product and wrong Brand. After that they didn't resolved the my issue, I sent many email with snap shot of the product but all the time they lied by telling they didn't received my email. This is not trustworthy company, please stay away from them,

I ordered a customised product to gift to my wife on 21st of August 2021 in 16th of August 2021 but these Scammers have spooled my surprise. They have not given me any tracking details and their Customer care IVR machine option 3 is just waste as no body picks your call. I raised a query for my purchase on 21st of August sensing something is wrong but They closed my ticket stating your number is not contactable and will recieve your delivery after 25th August 2021. Again that's still a question mark. I have lost approx Rs 1000 beyond money my emotions are been played by them. I am dragging then to the consumer court for sure. As they are not cancelling my order and left me with no choice. Suggest all of you to not blindly trust these b@**trds.

Worst service ever, if I could give zero stars to them. I ordered my rakhi on July 21 to Gurgaon, Haryana. The delivery address is just 1 km away from Huda city center metro station, still, my rakhi gift is undelivered. When I contacted them I got this response:
"Please be informed that the order is returned and we cannot make the redelivery before rakhi as it is 21st today. Please let us know if we can arrange the delivery.

The packing of the cakes from Fernspetal has very bad. The cake are delay one day and deliver next day of the birthday. We have been buying Fernspetal their Triple Chocolate Enrobed Brownie Cake. The filling was strange, the quality of the cakes is far better than the appearance. I was highly disappointed, especially since I had paid. Not worth for money

My friend works in this FRAUD company as a Senior Customer Specialist. He has to handle so much customer issues like Product not delivered, Wrong item delivered, And they delover FAKE ITEMS AS WELL( In the name of cadburry, they will send local chocolates).
Even my friend and his colleagues are fed up with their working environment, because customers are raising more and more complaints, their employees are leaving because can't handle such work load, my friend has to work 11-12 hours a day(sometimes even more than that), and this CHEAP Company doesn't payany extra for overtime. Such a SHAME!
This Company will gonna sink and will be going to shutdown in a few years! And I'm just spreading awareness so to catalyzed this process/making the process faster.

Don't! Just don't! I hope you read these reviews before ordering. Terrible. Ugh! Not only was it never delivered, but I called and called and even offered to have the birthday guy to come pick it up. Don't worry, don't worry they say. We will call him when it's being delivered. No call, no delivery, no email, no nothing! This is the Singapore location I'm referring to. Plus I'd call and be on hold for ten minutes waiting for a person and once in a while they'd answer or the hold music just stopped playing and there was no one there. I'm on the other side of the world so not only was I calling and calling it was like 1 am my time that I had to do these things. Horrible service and like the other reviews said not worth it!

The pink roses send to my husband did not meet the quality standards. They were wilted. I was a bit disappointed with that to be honest.
We had placed an order of designer Rakhee. When the product was delivered it was of some other design and low price.
When we logged a ticket, executive forcibly asked us to accept what has been delivered and refused to replace or refund full amount. Most pathetic service and they cheat customers by displaying some other image. First image is on website and second image is the one we received.
