First and foremost, please also check other review websites like trust pilot, sitejabber, mouthshut etc… I don't know how they maintain such a good review here but most of their actual reviews are quite pathetic

Ferns and Petals is a great example for how a company should not operate in the service sector.

The service provider belongs to those who doesn't understand the key aspects of the business.

Surprises are meant to be on time! But Ferns and petals are for money.

Despite of numerous attempts on call, The machines at ferns and petals doesn't seem to realize how bad it can be if a birthday cake is delivered the next day.

They claims to have tried the contact number for delivery; without contacting the customer who ordered or without asking for alternative number, they simply postponed the delivery on their own!

The number works fine and the contact person did not even get a miss call alert.

They claimed the address is incorrect. How incomplete an address can be if it has a pin code, street address and house number with district and state mention!

Did a hell lot of follow ups through call centre; no one I spoke to was rational and wasted two hours of my time.
Had to speak to floor supervisor(Sachin); he disconnected my call and never attended again. Every time I called again the agent promised a call back from Sachin, but never happened.

Not to forget that I did not use even a single bad word but was angry for obvious reasons.

I have ordered from Ferns and petals now 5 times and every single time they have been late with their delivery. I gave them one last chance for my latest delivery for my wife that I ordered from the UK, they were so late in delivery this time that she had gone to bed and though I had missed her special day. She picked up the order the next morning. Bearing in mind this is the 5th time this has happened ( each time I made a extra payment for a time slot delivery) they offered me a tiny 15% discount on my next order... joke! I have heard that while other delivery services are a bit more expensive they are much better so I will use them in future and suggest you all do the same.

I would give negative star if possible.
This company is a Scam. During Rakshabandhan, I ordered Lumba Rakhi for delivery to India, where they gave me an option to combine with a combo of two Silk chocolates at no extra charges for $14.49

I chose that and to my biggest surprise firstly, the Rakhi that was delivered was not at all similar to what I chose that was displayed om the website. Neither did they inform me that they are gonna substitute it with any other product.

I was surprised to see that they delivered such a cheap product.

Their Support team is feckless. They just like to beat around the bush and they never agree with the fault committed on their end. After spoiling my day and raising queries several times asking for a refund, they just gave me a refund of $5. They said that's the price of Rakhi. I mean how is that even justifiable? I stated so many times and even provided screenshot that combo was at no extra price, but they didn't listen at all. I mean whom they are trying to befool? Silk chocolates, whose MRP is mentioned as Rs. 90 each are worth the remaining $9.49?

Buyers beware from spoiling your special occasions. Don't trust them at all. Their website is deceiving. They dont stay om their words and don't value their clients at all. All they know is to mint money out of people

I ordered a cake for my cousins to congratulate them from FNP. They send another design which of course looked cheaper.
When I contacted them I asked for 30% refund because of the inconvenience and the cheaper cake they sent. The customer service said they will not give a dime back!

Please do not trust their international delivery. My rakhi order was supposed to be delivered on 23rd Aug 2021, which never happened. No one had the courtesy to inform that it is delayed. After multiple follow ups by me, they kept saying that its in transit. After one week of non delivery, the team canceled it on its own and had the audacity to charge me the convenience fee. Please help me understand, why I should pay convenience fee to you after so much inconvenience caused, and ruining the festival for me and my brother. It's not about the amount of convenience fee, but it is a matter of ethics and credibility. You are spoiling the emotions and sentiments behind the gesture. I will never recommend such fraud service to anyone. And mind it, its not happening for the first time, have experienced the same for my domestic deliveries as well - delayed, not delivered or spoiled items sent

I'l never order again from ferns n petals. I dnt understand why they charge for same day delivery or on time delivery if they cannot deliver it on time. What is the use of delivering an order after the occassion? I'l never reccommend this site to anyone. No on time delivery and they even dnt cancel your order if they cant deliver it on time. Just an useless unproffessional worst site.

I ordered a cake for my father's birthday and it was not delivered. They claimed that Recipient was not available even though my father was at the address all the time. They did not even try to re-deliver when I asked them to do so, nor did they call him. Now, their customer center keeps disconnecting the calls after 3 rings and are not answering the questions I asked them after raising the query. They are cheating customer's money with giving false excuses and not providing any refund. Their Statuses show what a scam it is as Out for Delivery on Aug 20 but Delivery attempted on Aug 19.

Ferns N Petals is an ongoing fraud in broad daylight and I am surprised that I didnt notice the reviews before. Thus, leaving mine to help others. This company makes such tall claims and then neither deliver, nor do anything meaningful to address the grievance. The contact number listed on their site drops the call before reaching the order status section and the tickets you raise on their site are closed repeatedly with a lame apology. Where did they get the idea that the customer is writing to them to hear how sorry they are for the inconvenience. Do they not know that their job is to deliver on the promise they made and took money for? What the what! I sent Rakhi to my brother on 15th August 2021 as FnP promised 5 days delivery. Rakhi never reached. We tried contacting them via phone first (to no avail) and thereafter raised ticket on their site. They kept closing my tickets with automated apologies, never heeding my request for a refund as the festival was over. After 3 days of followups they told me there will be a delay in my rakhi delivery (still no date, mind you) and shared a link to the courier company page for me to track the status. Still not paying any attention to my request to return the money, btw. Last update on the shipping page was of 16th August, so my brother checked with them locally and got to know that my rakhi was never shipped to the USA by FnP.
I looked at their twitter page and realised I wasn't alone. They haven't delivered or falsely updated the delivery status for a lot of people. And all of them were struggling to get a refund from FnP, like me. I am trying to contact these people to form a group and explore the possibility of taking the matter to the consumer court but it's appalling to see how some companies think that they can rob their customers and get away with it.

Worst Service

I had chosen their service for sending rakhi in India. On one parcel, they did not send all of the products specified and once I complained about it then they were saying- product is sent and closed the ticket, nobody like to read the words written in the complaint and ready to close the ticket quickly with same text.
Another parcel - when I bought the Rakhi then their system automatically picked wrong date of delivery i. E after the rakhi event. I straightaway sent a ticket to them and later called them to amend the date. They were keen to close the ticket again saying product will be delivered. I spoke to customer care from Australia and they assured me that product will be delivered before Rakhi. But later they put a remark saying location is not traceable, I called again and I was being told now it will be delivered but today is 24th aug and rakhi festival is already gone but product is not delivered yet, their way of handling the complaints is extremely terrible. While complaining they sent back email saying the issue is resolved and ticket is closed. I totally regret wasting my time and money in using their facilities. I will advise not to use their service

It was very fast prompt and very professional service. We send Rakhi on same day and reached with in few hours.

I order rakhi and sweets for my brother in USA. They promised 5 day delivery but even after week of order confirmation rakhi was not delivered. I did multiple complains through their portal. The complaines were closed immediately saying i will get message when it will be deliverrd and order will be delivered before rakhi. I kept waiting, there wasn't any medsage any update from them. On Rakhi day i called customer support multiple time and finally i got to talk to their support team. Support team told me that there are somr unavoidable circumstances so delivety is getting delayed. As it was already Rakhi day which they ruined l requested for refund. Support team asked me to hold and left the call. After that i tried calling multiple time no one responded. Around 1:30 p. M india time i got message that delivery was attempted and it failed due to receipient not available. It was mid night time in USA where delivery was attempted. This was complete fack reason. They didn't even call recepient. Very poor service and fraud company. Please do not buy any product from FNP.

I ordered LED cushion for Rakshabandhan and the cushion is just a normal cushion. No LED. This is not an accurate representation of the product.
