On time and perfect delivery. First time the recipient refused the deliver it at other time and delivery personal agreed to deliver it late evening

The app is easy to navigate and the choice of gifts is good. The packaging of the products was really good and delivered on time.
Only order cash on delevery. As after payment there is no method to track the order. Their service center will close the ticket saying partner network is delivering so they have no control. So the item will come 1 week or 10 days after the event.
