Prompt and as promised they the Ferns N Petals done It was a wonderful experience for me even in my first attempt.
Ridiculous service and very unprofessional agents. I ordered a cake and the payment was not going through by credit card as their was an issue with payment process on their side. Immediately I received a call from one of their agent who advised me to pay through paypal. And I made the payment through paypal but 10 minutes later I received an email saying the payment was unsuccessful due to some technical issues I will receive my money back in 2 days and try to make a payment again. So, I made another payment for the order which was successful. Now after waiting for few days when I contacted them to return the duplicate payment they are just making excuses. They asked me to send a proof of payment which I sent twice in a pdf and they are fooling me that haven't received it.
I don't understand if they can access that a payment is not going through and can contact them immediately then how come they can't see that a payment is made twice for a single order.
I am glad I paid through paypal and will definitely sort out with them.
But these people are such a time waster. Rang them and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and later hung up the call.
Be careful when using their service!

I ordered the photo cake for my friend's birthday celebration & I have received the damaged cake shown in the picture. I trusted ferns & petals and believed that you deliver the cake properly. Customers trust that you will deliver the product properly. It's your duty to make sure that you deliver the product without any damage. Disappointed with the order that we received.
