Placed an order yesterday (6th July 2022) late night but wanted to cancel it and so called them today, 7th July 2022 (not even 24 hours have gone by). The order delivery date is 12th July 2022. But they did not cancel it though the order was not shipped even. This after their own FAQs page says the following -
"Order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes."
Now, they are saying order has already been dispatched and gave me a Bluedart tracking number as well. On checking on Bluedart tracking page, it shows no records found. See attachment.

Super happy, Delivery agent was smiling and very courteous on calls and minimal calls received was there on my doorstep.

Worst company ever
They keep sending me the same automated emails whenever I make a complaint. This is stressing me out. Its been over r weeks. These stupid freshy scam artists from India won't give my refund. They keep sending me emails telling me 'we tried to call you but your phone is switched off'. I have no missed calls, voice messages, nothing. They are liars. I told them thousands times to re deliver.
Still don't email me back until I make a complaint via Resolver. They reply after one week. Maybe longer.

I have been ordering cakes, bouquets and gifts to my parents on their birthdays/anniversary etc. using Ferns and Petals and it has helped in making their day special everytime due to good quality of their products and on time delivery.
Initially, I had to contact three separate departments to complain about my product. Despite alerting you that the product received at the time of delivery was defective, you responded, "flowers may vary from picture and can be fully bloomed, partially bloomed, or bud stage." However, if you had indicated in your product description that "flowers might be in Bud stage," I would never have made an order. Secondly, the only aspect mentioned in the product description was that green fillers may vary depending on the season. There is no mention of the flowers being in the bud stage or the green fillers being of poor quality and withered. I purchased the bouquet for my parents' anniversary, and I was not expecting bud stage roses that were not even close to blooming. The green fillers had shriveled and dried. Your representatives provided the worst customer service I've ever had. I explicitly gave a photograph demonstrating the terrible quality of the flowers, which are certainly not worth 449 rupees.
Emailed them so many times and still never got anything except apologies!

Despite my own goof up, the customer care at FNP made every effort to ensure that my product was delivered on time.
I had messed up the date and booked it wrongly for a month away when it was the same day delivery and that too, to an office address.
When i called at 3:30 that day to check why it hadn't been delivered, i was in for the shock of my life. But the executive called Monika was super helpful and went out of her way to change the date and update the order. That was at 3:45 PM. By 4:15 PM, the order was delivered and that too in a city like Varnasi which isn't your typical metro.
I think such fantastic service should be lauded and i really appreciate the team for rectifying my mistake and ensuring the flowers reached the recipient on time.
Thanks for always going above and beyond in providing exceptional service! Keep up the good work! I use their services at least a couple times a year to deliver flowers or gifts back home in India and I am always amazed! In the world full of uncertainty, I can rely on something without an iota of doubt!
They just took my money which is 11,000 and didn't deliver at all and even didn't inform me apart from that didn't refund my money

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
