This Rakhi FNP made sure that I was heartbroken with their service. Not only did they deliver Rakhi on the wrong day ( had selected the option of 2 nd August - delivered on 28 July), with a wrong Rakhi ( of their own choice) and the most outrageous part is fungus infested sweet ( which was again the one which I had not selected). When I raised the query - they closed it on their own without resolving it. When I called customer care they defended themselves saying Rakhi delivered early due to COVID pandemic ( understandable - but then they shouldn't mention it on their website if we wanted it delivered on a particular date); Rakhi was replaced because they didn't have the one I selected in stock ( they didn't even think it necessary to inform me regarding this- whether I want to choose another Rakhi or cancel my order neither was it seen anywhere on their website that they will be replacing the Rakhi as per their convenience); wrong sweet and infested with fungus( no answer for this). They promised to get back to me in 2 hours time after discussing with their senior which they never did. Only a mail saying sorry. How does that ever make up for a spoilt Rakshabandhan? Only a sister will know what efforts are put in by her for her brother to select the best possible Rakhi and gifts but FNP thinks all of that can be taken care of by a Sorry; closing the query on their own and not returning calls. How good a company is - is shown by the way they handle themselves in a crisis situation. It takes the best to give the best. But FNP couldn't stand up to it. Very much disappointed and heartbroken. Not to mention the helplessness of this all. FNP has lost a customer. That's for sure.

Ordered 2 Rakhis to be delivered in the US. Ordered on the 21st July and was informed a 3 day shipment time. Upto the payment part all fine.
Order entry on 21st July for a delivery scheduled on the 27th. No delivery made on the 27th, no problem. But the problem is when they don't inform you after missing the ETA. Come 28, 29, 30th. I am nervous now and call them up. After waiting for almost 20 minutes on the call am attended by a lady who assures me that the Rakhis will be delivered before the Rakhi Day. Not too sure but I give her the benefit of doubt. Come the Rakhi day. Its 10 am in the US(New Jersey), no news of Rakhis. Past afternoon finally when already the excitement is all over and half the day is over the first Rakhi is delivered. The second Rakhi was not that lucky, it got delivered after 4 PM.
For Ferns and Petals it must be a joke but they should realize that when a person takes the pain to place an order 12 days in advance it is because this person wants the delivery before a particular occasion. You not only let this person down, you also kill the emotions and sentiments with which the person has waited for so long for this occasion. Not to mention the breach of the original contract via which you promised a delivery on the 27th July and took the money. Knowing that you breached the contract how could your shamelessly pocket my money and not even offer an apology.
I would say a big shame on you Ferns n Petals! If you don't have collaborating partners in a particular area, be upfront and refuse to accept the orders, rather than accepting the money of the clients and then turning your backs. If you have little bit shame left then I would suggest you get in touch with me and offer a refund for having killed the Rakhi for me this year. My order numbers are ******* and *******.

Last year I used this service was for Raksha bandhan and they delivered the order on time. I was very impressed, The whole process from looking up for products to delivery process was a breeze.
So this year again I placed an order and selected a time period that was convenient. The product did not reach in time. 5 hours after latest delivery time they emailed me saying product was not available and would i like to substitute it with some product that i was not even aware of. I tried reaching out to Customer service and my experience with them was horrible.
1: There is a huge amount of background noise when you call customer service, so obviously the agent is not able to hear you well.
2: After about 5-6 attempts finally i spoke to an agent, who had no patience in hearing my issue and was in a great hurry to put me on hold (That was my experience with all agents) I asked to speak to his manager since he had no patience, i was told Manager is not available, so i said i would like to speak to someone who has enough time to hear the problem. Then he calmed down and let me speak. We were not able to resolve my issue hence i asked him to cancel my order, after a lot of push back finally he agreed to cancel my order.
I decided to give a try again. I sent a cake for my mother's birthday and it was delivered ahead of time (midnight delivery but delivered at 10:30 instead of between 11- 11:59) I received an email where delivery time was put after 11 and FAKE receiver signature (Yes neither of my parents signed for the cake) But the cake was good and i had no interest and patience to talk to any of their customer service.
So overall i would say as long as you are flexible with delivery time and
You don't have to deal with their horrendous customer service. Ferns and petals is good.
