Ferns N Petals is an ongoing fraud in broad daylight and I am surprised that I didnt notice the reviews before. Thus, leaving mine to help others. This company makes such tall claims and then neither deliver, nor do anything meaningful to address the grievance. The contact number listed on their site drops the call before reaching the order status section and the tickets you raise on their site are closed repeatedly with a lame apology. Where did they get the idea that the customer is writing to them to hear how sorry they are for the inconvenience. Do they not know that their job is to deliver on the promise they made and took money for? What the what! I sent Rakhi to my brother on 15th August 2021 as FnP promised 5 days delivery. Rakhi never reached. We tried contacting them via phone first (to no avail) and thereafter raised ticket on their site. They kept closing my tickets with automated apologies, never heeding my request for a refund as the festival was over. After 3 days of followups they told me there will be a delay in my rakhi delivery (still no date, mind you) and shared a link to the courier company page for me to track the status. Still not paying any attention to my request to return the money, btw. Last update on the shipping page was of 16th August, so my brother checked with them locally and got to know that my rakhi was never shipped to the USA by FnP.
I looked at their twitter page and realised I wasn't alone. They haven't delivered or falsely updated the delivery status for a lot of people. And all of them were struggling to get a refund from FnP, like me. I am trying to contact these people to form a group and explore the possibility of taking the matter to the consumer court but it's appalling to see how some companies think that they can rob their customers and get away with it.
