In the day of birthday, they said the product cannot be delivered. I had ordered the product 15 days prior. It was confirmed. On the last day they said that it needs to be cancelled as they don't have any center in the area. Most unreliable website! They didn't even leave scope for ordering from some other site! This was the first time I ordered from FNP, happy to see that such websites exist. Order was delivered on time but it wasn't the same flavour of chocolates as per what the website said. It was supposed to be Lindt White Chocolate, Cadbury Bournville (x2) - Cranberry. The delivery included none of these flavours but Lindt Caramel Dark Chocolate and Cadbury Bournville (x2) 50% Dark. All the rakhis, box of ferrero rocher and indian sweet (kaju katli) was ok and as per order. The only reason I chose this particular option was because of the variety and flavour of chocolates but was left disappointed that it wasn't delivered as advertised!

I have placed an order yesterday for some good flowers to be delivered for an auspicious occasion in our family and they were supposed to be delivered today(16th Aug) between 8:00am - 12:00 pm,
I received a notification at 6PM IST that the flowers were delivered but indeed the flowers were not delivered in real. After lot of chase ups with their poor customer service people, they managed to deliver the flowers around mid night after all the formalities are finished.
However they turned out to be some stale & died flowers which i think they just delivered on the fly as we were kept chasing them. We paid about 1500 INR and the flowers, my family received the flowers that don't even cost 200 INR.
When we were trying to place the order, immediately their customer care people called me immediately multiple times making sure the order was placed asap but when I try to speak to them regarding the delivery failure, no one is ready to speak or respond in the chat window at least.
This is really disappointing and kind of exploiting with people's emotions.
They doesn't seem to be cared about people emotions behind these orders.

I used FnP to deliver flowers and gifts to my dear ones and relatives, most of the cases FnP delivers promptly and smoothly, though this time I had a different experience (order is: *******), I received a mail that " We regret to inform that your gifts are undelivered since recipient refused to receive the gift", after discussion with helpline and my relative that the delivery person called the mobile number and it was not picked (since my relative was busy in a meeting) and then I received the above message. After follow up with the FnP service hotline, I've to pay again for the next day delivery and again I called next day morning to ensure smooth delivery. This time it was delivered properly. I trust FnP for their superb service and I like the quality and delivery timings, but request to improve services ( contains lack of knowledge of some person, proving wrong information, update with wrong information and close the issue raised, always ask for money to provide service without assessing the actual fault), otherwise it will impact the brand image of FnP, which I don't want as an user with more than 10 years relationship with FnP. Sorry if I've hurt anyone to reveal the fact.

My wife sent a rakhi to Dubai. It was not delivered on the scheduled day even though we placed the order like two weeks in advance and scheduled the delivery 3 weeks before Rakhi to avoid peak time issues with delivery and procurement.
