Ordered flowers from them. One thing which can be improved is their delivery time window. I ordered a couple of days before the delivery day, the delivery time it showed me was 6 am to 9 pm, well that's a 15-hour window, not so ideal. A 3-hour window would be preferred.

It is worst online delivery system, playing with the sentiments of people. I ordered cake for my relative, it was worth 1000/-, they delivered the flowers but not cake. If flowers can reach then how can you update that you could not find the address. It is their irresponsibility and they wont give refund.
You should never choose online payment with them, as they are not legitimate. Beware.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of flowers that was sent. I asked for the number 40 and there is no way to tell that in the arrangement. Even the flowers are of poor quality and almost dried. The picture lilies at the base and they have put some dried roses. When I asked their customer service about their service they said " hope you will let us serve you better next time" Really! Crappy service & pathetic quality in all.

Last year I used this service was for Raksha bandhan and they delivered the order on time. I was very impressed, The whole process from looking up for products to delivery process was a breeze.
So this year again I placed an order and selected a time period that was convenient. The product did not reach in time. 5 hours after latest delivery time they emailed me saying product was not available and would i like to substitute it with some product that i was not even aware of. I tried reaching out to Customer service and my experience with them was horrible.
1: There is a huge amount of background noise when you call customer service, so obviously the agent is not able to hear you well.
2: After about 5-6 attempts finally i spoke to an agent, who had no patience in hearing my issue and was in a great hurry to put me on hold (That was my experience with all agents) I asked to speak to his manager since he had no patience, i was told Manager is not available, so i said i would like to speak to someone who has enough time to hear the problem. Then he calmed down and let me speak. We were not able to resolve my issue hence i asked him to cancel my order, after a lot of push back finally he agreed to cancel my order.
I decided to give a try again. I sent a cake for my mother's birthday and it was delivered ahead of time (midnight delivery but delivered at 10:30 instead of between 11- 11:59) I received an email where delivery time was put after 11 and FAKE receiver signature (Yes neither of my parents signed for the cake) But the cake was good and i had no interest and patience to talk to any of their customer service.
So overall i would say as long as you are flexible with delivery time and

So I ordered choc& teddy from India and to Aus(ferns &petals) my order no. ******* was of express shipping of 3days but not got delivered and after 5days a parcel pick up card was dropped outside by the "wrong name" so basically he could no even collect from the center as the customer name was wrongly put. I have been raising queries and calling on the customer care ever since that fcking day they say " we are working on your complaint we will revert soon". They say that the order was of perishable nature so the refund is also not possible. These guys are "FRAUD", please beware!
