I asked my friend in New Delhi to book a birthday cake with greeting card for a friend in Thane, Mumbai. We gave the instruction clearly on what to write in the cake. To our disappointment, when the cake reached the celebrant, no names of sender was there, and they abbreviated the word Happy Birthday to " Happy bday". The cakes are also looking huge in their websites, but in actual size, it's smaller.
For the timing, they delivered it just on time as agreed. It could have been a perfect gift should they strictly follow instructions from their customer.

Disgusting service and delivery, I don't know why their advertisement says fast delivery when it is just opposite of that. Ordered a cake on 4th Sep to be delivered on 5th Sep. The cake got delivered on 6th.
This is the kind of service that they offer. Highly disappointing! Will never ever order from here.

The cake was good but the flowers were not good. Costly than Archie's. The delivery was to be done between 23.30 and 00:00 but the delivery guy reached at 23.00.
They took 250 extra for midnight charges but still it got delivered at 23.00.

I had ordered a bouquet on my husbands birthday. I had mentioned to deliver it on his office address as I want to surprise him. Then I had sent a mail with a request to deliver it around 11 am in the morning. Then contacted Customer care to deliver it on time as well. They have started to deliver it at 6.30 pm in the evening on office address reached office around 8 pm in the night. Obviously no one was there to accept the order at 8 o'clock in the night. My husband and as reached home by that time then he god a call to come and receive the order office is 50km away from home. Obviously he had to refused to come to office to accept the order. Neither they have delivered the oder nor they have refunded my money.
