Couldnt have worst experience. I was tryign to deliver birthday cake for my Father. Firstly the cake was delivered to the security in next building. Somehow after fighting with FnP on call for hours we traced that and got the cake. But what we received looks nowhere close to the pic in site. I am sharing both pics - viewers will be teh judge!
The image shown was different and flowers were roses but what was send was different. This has happened for the second time, earlier too we had similar experience

Ordered cake for my sister in Mumbai (Order no. *******). Delivery was as promised. Taste was ok but icing / decoration on the cake was as if a kindergarten kid tried his hand on it. See attached photos. Delivered Vs. photo on website. Pathetic! What's more shocking is that I see no way of writing a review on their site and against my order which was collected by my sister, they show 5 stars by default! Untrustworthy. Never ordering again!

I ordered two cakes for my husbands birthday. One a day before and one a day after! The first cake was horrible with unfresh fruits and looked different from the picture they provide. I called to give my feedback and asked them to get me a fresh cake for the next day party! The next day was even more horrible! They used unfresh and frozen fruits and the cake was completely different from the picture as well! The chocolates they use is not chocolates at all! I don't know how come this site has 5 ratings for this company! My guests also said that I made a mistake and I shouldn't have ordered this from this site! Really bad experience! I wanted to give a zero to their service!

I made an order for delivery next day and got confirmation message. Next day wen I called customer support a lady told that she cannot change time of delivery and it can be done any time if the day. She was also taking in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Later I got a message that order has been dispatched but the delivery dint take place till evening and that too to some wrong address. I kept calling customer care and every time there is a wait time of 6-7 minutes before the call is picked by any executive. The executive confirmed that order has been delivered at wrong address however refused to deliver my order to the intended receipient on her birthday and expressed regret in helping me. They did not even refund my money and rather said that complaint has been registered. What is the use of ordering through ferns and petals if the order can't be devliverwd in the same day. I lost muy money, the giddy dint get delivered and dint get any refund and customer care executive Sahil Kalra dint even make any effort to resolve the issue. Pathetic service. Pathetic customer care
All in all it was satisfying in terms of delivery time but the quality of the product delivered can be improved.

I asked for a mid night delivery and I paid extra for it. But what I got is delivery at 11 PM and days old flowers. I did not expect this kind of service from FnP. When the birthday is next day then how can u deliver it at 11 PM only. Atleast it should be between 11:45-12:00. And the bouquet and cake were not upto the mark. Both were not fresh.

I have ordered a gift for the First time from Ferns & Petals and had an awful experience.
It's just a simple snack bouquet which you cannot deliver. All items can be easily available in market. Also intimated the things late via Email.
Cannot even replace things which can satisfy the customer.
We are ordering the gifts for some SPL person on SPL occasion. What's the use if you are not delivering items as per customers requirement.
Shut down Ferns & Petals.
It's better if we go on our own & buy the gifts.

I ordered midnight cake delivery for my brother'bday but no delivery done yesterday. Wen I called the retailer at midnight he was not sure about any order. Worst service. They should close the site. How can the take the order and forget to deliver. Either these guys should remove midnight delivery option or close the site.
I ordered a red velvet cake. The message which I had written while ordering was missing on the cake. On top of that I had chosen earliest delivery that is between 6-10, and was waiting for it but the cake was delivered by 10 exactly. That is what they call their earliest delivery. The cake didn't even taste that good, plus was overpriced.

First order and call it the worst order. The customer support is arrogant and rude especially Ramandeep Kaur. She disconnected the chat without even solving my problem. I ordered something my bhabhi's birthday. Kinda surprise then I came to know that she wont be home at the preferred time slot. Asked them to get it delivered early or change the time slot. I was even ready to pay extra. However, the person on the other hand, Miss Ramandeep Kaur was a jerk. She was not ready to disclose any information. Moreover, she was not ready to help at all. Hating Fnp from the core of my heart. Would make sure that no one in my close vicinity order from these jerks.

I ordered a cake in Mangalore for a particular date chose address etc all correctly. Everything was processed well but when the delivery date came all day I was waiting for the cake to get delivered, when it was almost evening when I enquired about its whereabouts I get to know by a rude customer care rep that my area was out of approximity & they wouldn't be able to deliver there. Why wasn't it told to me at the time of booking,, I ended up with no cake for my parents at end of the day, very frustrating. Never trust FnP. I do not recommend.

I ordered a Rakhi gift for my sister 3 weeks back. Not delivered yet. Every second day, customer support from FnP sends me an email that delivery is scheduled for that day. Only for me to know the next day from my sister that nothing was delivered. Customer support doesnt even bother to acknowledge and never tells me any reason for delays. Customer support is terrible and this is not the first time I had such an experience. I am done with using their service.
