It was my friend wedding anniversary for which i order few gifts on 12 October 2018 which was supposed to deliver by 16 but till 20 not delivered when I called then they said they could not trace the university in Kerala after I call they inform later they promised me by 22 but today 23rd but still not delivered
I spoke to the supervisor miss ankusha and the team member miss Priyanka they both promised me by 22 but not use

I ordered an expensive orchids for my wife and they change the colors of the Orchids and unfortunately, they pick the same color of orchids which my wife hates the most. Also, the teddy (red & white) which I have selected for my wife. Instead of that, they delivered blue color teddy which looks scary & terrible. I felt so regret that I chose this website for sending the gifts to my wife. I would never recommend this website to anyone.

FNP has disappointed me badly with their level of customer service. Delivered a wrong cake. Contacted them immediately attached the photo of the cake which was delivered. I received a standard response on the following day asking to send a photo, which I did immediately.
The recipient, my friend too contacted them via telephone and they requested him to complete contact support form' on their website. So far no action taken. No response, nothing at all, and I am very disappointed with the level of service that I received.
Making mistake is human but not taking responsibility for their action is unacceptable.

Cake was good but delivery was late. Most irritating things that once you pay ferns and petals will make you feel like a beggar. You have to call all the time to get to know about delivery. Pathetic service, missed delivery time twice. Gives promises that they can not fulfill. I will not recommend anyone to book from this website.

Out of 5 they don't even deserve 1.It should be 0 but unfortunately that option is not available. I ordered a cake for my husband. They charged me an additional amount of Rs 499 to deliver it on selected date but they did not deliver it on time. I raised multiple requests asking for help but surprisingly I didn't receive any call or assistance from them and after few hours they closed all the requests saying that the issue has been resolved. This was the worst experience.

Horrible experience with fnp. They charged us extra money. They didn't deliver on the expected date. They accepted the order without knowing whether they'd deliver to the specified address or not. And they were not ready to refund the amount. Never had such disastrous experience. Such misleading sites should be closed if they are not able to fulfill their customer's expectations.

I am ordered a cake at evening 5:45 pm. they said time slot 6 to 10 the delivery time. After 10 also they are not yet deliver the product. And if i make call to customer care they are not responding properly. If i want to cancel the order there is no option and the customer care representative also not possible. They called after the deadline and informed that they could not deliver the order and promised to send next day morning but again next day till evening no order received and then they think by telling the customer that we will give u something complimentary is going to make the customer happy? No! Very pathetic service and you should inform before deadline if any prb in order and after the deadline!
Ordered a 2 kg cake. They changed the time without intimating. Called to cancel, they did not. Next day got the cake which was 1 kg. Neither they refunded the money nor listened to the complain. They are running a con here.
Call center people are arrogant and behave like they own the company. Neither they transfer the call to their superior, nor they resolve the issue and I am sure Management don't care about the same.

For the last 7 years I have been using other Gift services to send gifts across to India and for the first time I thought to switch and chose Ferns N Petals.
I had ordered a Birth Day gift for my Dad and got a confirmation that it will be delivered on 22 nd of Sept - which was his birthday.
It's was a day pass his bday and the gift wasn't delivered, called Ferns and Petal the every next day and was informed that it will be delivered on Monday. Come Monday it hasn't been delivered yet,, called Ferns n Petals 3 to 4 times and still it is not delivered.
It's now been over a week and the gift still hasn't been delivered. This is most pathetic service I have ever had and NEVER EVER will I order anything from Ferns and Petals. This will need to be heard and I will fight my battle until they deliver the gift to my Dad.
