I ordered a gift with order number *******. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb. The product has not been delivered yet and the status on site is showing "Out for Delivery" from 12th Feb itself.
Moreover their site keeps on changing the chat hours. So in a nutshell, they wont allow you to chat with their executives. On raising a query I demanded for the tracking number for the product. They gave me a blue dart tracking id *******9522, which was invalid. I am quite certain that I have wasted my money.
The picture is much better than what is actually sent. The actually bouquet is not worth even half the price. It was Valentine's day and I was sending a chocolate bouquet for my fiance, the surprise was spoilt completely as the company person called my fiance and asked if he has received it or not and also described the parcel. "SURPRISE" Is meant to be a surprise and revealing all details of the parcel doesn't make any sense just bcoz they couldn't track their delivery boy. Also the message on the card that I had written to be sent, was not written in the same way. Not happy with the service. Would not recommend, especially for days like Valentine's where a lot of people order something special for their loved ones, cos these ppl provide bad service just so as to complete their orders.

I placed my order (*******) for some flowers and a card on the 13th to be delivered on 14th to my wife who is in india. It is still not delivered as of now. Tracking is a joke and customer service guy says "don't worry" like 100 times. I want to understand the challenges they might face but this is totally unacceptable when you pay more to get a promise day and then no update on where it is. I got an email at 11 PM IST saying that it was out for delivery - is this a joke? Good that they didnt deliver it and i was atleast hoping that they would update me today on when it would be delivered but this guy from customer support has to say don't worry it will be delivered today and i see its almost the end of the day.

I ordered a bunch of roses for my fiancée in USA and as promised it was delivered on time, but unfortunately, it was not send as shown in the picture on their website. It was send to her in a cardboard box with flowers packed in it and the vase separately in the box. She had to remove the flowers and cut the stems and place it in the vase and set it up. Secondly, their was a Valentines card which came along with the flowers and it had a message which I drafted and they did not print the whole message. The message was left incomplete, and the most important part of the message was never on the card. So the whole Valentines Day got ruined and thank you Ferns N Petals for screwing it up. This is my third order and this would be my last and never ever will I order with Ferns N Petals anymore and I would definitely not suggest this company to anyone. Its the worst company I have dealt with in terms of flowers. Ferns N Petals you guys are the worst.

I ordered midnight delivery of flowers and cake. They just gave a missed call and mentioned as recipient not available. I got a mail stating the same and to respond in 2 hours for trying to deliver again, their Live chat and Customer support number doesn't work so tired submitting a ticket online and the page doesn't do anything after clicking submit button. Next day when i called they are saying delivery for delivery boy is 20 kms so he didn't come. Gift is not delivered and money is not returned. While I completely comprehend that Valentine's Day is a busy day for delivery, but fnp have devised a clever strategy to somehow get the order booked, collect money and just forget about it. When you call the customer care, they can't tell you where the order is. Much less speak to the logistics and gather an update or put a message for urgency. But instead they will keep repeating the same line, your order will get delivered in the mentioned timeslot. Hearing this, maybe you want to cancel the order to find someone else who can do the job, but wait! There is no cancellation once order is placed. So u have to spend heavy loads of money to deliver a bunch of flowers and they will get it delivered at the near end of the timeslot mentioned which they deem fit(and they put a charge for this screwed up delivery system) and you can do nothing about it. That's their business model. I'll leave it to the judgement of the person placing the order whether to go ahead with fnp with such screwed up system! I wish I could give a minus..

I ordered at fragrant rose plant, which died in literally four days despite being well taken care off - so adequate light and water, etc. I tried to speak with customer care multiple times, during which I was told about some nonsense policy of how I needed to have filed the complaint within 48 hours. Then they would just start cutting my calls when I would ask to speak with a manager. Extremely disappointing experience and even worse customer care experience. Thanks for delivering my order to the recipient. Here's my feedback. Please note that this feedback is exclusively for the order I placed internationally and I've had experiences with Ferns N Petals in India and it was great. Here's my experience in detail.
I placed my order to Doha, Qatar and everything was hunky-dory until I came to know that the order is not delivered. I came to know from the recipient that the order was not delivered on time. I had placed my order for a special occasion. Neither they did deliver the order on the right nor did they deliver on the day it was supposed to be delivered. They delivered it on a whole different day, after I making special requests to customer care.
The saddest part with their international services is, they don't have a mechanism to track the status of the orders effectively. When I came to know that my order was not delivered on time, I called and chatted with their customer care and they didn't have any status. All they had to say was, it will take 24-48 Hrs to get a status since the order was placed internationally. Seriously? We live in 2019 for Gods sake!. The customer care reps didn't have much information or helpful either and all they preach is the same thing about it will take 24-48 Hrs and my mailbox was filled with my ticket was opened/closed/feedback requested yada yada... all they care about closing tickets and request and they didn't have to check if it's really being closed or not. Pathetic!
I personally believe that, you're not mature enough or you don't have the infrastructure/contacts to handle international services yet.
However, though my order was delivered 2 days late, the flowers were still fresh and the arrangement was nice. I'd like to thank Ferns N Petals for that (or to the local order delivery team).
