I ordered a gift with order number *******. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb. The product has not been delivered yet and the status on site is showing "Out for Delivery" from 12th Feb itself.
Moreover their site keeps on changing the chat hours. So in a nutshell, they wont allow you to chat with their executives. On raising a query I demanded for the tracking number for the product. They gave me a blue dart tracking id *******9522, which was invalid. I am quite certain that I have wasted my money.
