“Pathetic service and no deliveries with no refunds”

My husband ordered a surprise for me which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. They didn't deliverd it and no one from customer care is responding at all. They keep the call on hold and then disconnect it. When we are asking for a refund, they are not even ready to refund it. Order Id *******
