Ferns N Petals (FNP)

I am very happy with variety of items to select from. The quality is of a high order and extreme care has been taken to ensure the product ( birthday cake) reached in excellent condition fresh and delicious, well packed. Indeed flawless.

I have always had a perfect experience with Ferns and petals in the past, but this time, things didn't go pretty well.
When I walked to the FNP outlet located in the Brookfield Mall, Bangalore; the keepers were least interested in selling or showing stuff. When asked for a cake, they didn't offer a menu or any list of cakes which were available, even after asking for the same multiple times. Behaviour of the staffs were not amiable neither appreciable. This has absolutely deterred me from doing any purchase at the shop.
I used to be a huge fan of FnP earlier but need to reconsider the stats now.

Ferns N Petals are the worse company I have ever encountered. My order arrived almost a week later from the date I gave despite me paying for the order almost 2 weeks in advance. Customer service is a joke. They send copy - paste e-mails without even properly answering your questions.

You fooled me once, but you will not fool me twice! Never again I want to have anything to do with this company. And not just me, also my friends after I tell them about my experience.

If you order here prepare to get worst ever posible product from the vendor. Spoilt our birthday celebration due to them. Then they offer to give 20% off on next order. What a joke. Never ever go with it. Only good thing is they will call immediately and say sorry if you raise ticket.

One stop solution for all occassions. Very prompt v professional. Just love it. I would wish to thank all of you for all ur efforts. I'm privileged that you delivered the order on the same day. As well, your CSR is very cooperative, polite and humble. The Black Forest cake(9/10) was heavenly delicious and the chocolates (10/10). I'm glad I choose Fern n Petals over the others. This is my second consecutive year of ordering products and having delivered them in India. This year, I ordered products that are customised. I tried uploading pics unsuccessfully. When an associate at FNP sensed my multiple attempts, even without me raising a query, Sumit called me (internationally) and helped me through the whole process among many issues. It was impressive, considering it was 2 am IST. The quality products were delivered right on time. My family is all smiles and love. You guys at FNP rock! Thank you.

I placed an order for a chocolate bouquet to be delivered at a corporate address, and Ferns n Petals didn't deliver it on the original date. While the order was still being placed, I must have received at least 3 phone calls from them confirming that I was going to place the order. Once the order was placed, they messed up the dates, and ended up attempting delivery on a day when the recipient was not there. After that, they never bothered re-attempting, kept my money, and keep sending me generic 'it's our policy' template emails. Worst service ever! I can't imagine that any company could be so blatant about keeping someone's money without having delivered any product/service in exchange for it. Shockingly disappointing! It's theft-plain and simple.

Paid and agreed to deliver the next day for Diwali gift to my friend. They send emailed and promised to deliver. Then changed their promise said very busy and can be delivered after Diwali. I asked for refund.
It has been more than 2 weeks no refund from them... Real scam. Do not ever buy from this Ferns & petal.

The service and quality is wonderful. I can't wish any better than this. Easy process. Once, I was having a difficulty during the payment process, this site's people actually called and guide me through till end. I was so shocked as I live in US, so didn't expect that they'll help me through this. But I am pretty impressed with ferns and petals. And I would highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for ways to make someone feel special while being away. This is my go to site to send any cake or gift to my loved ones. Thankyou so much guys.

I have ordered a gift for the First time from Ferns & Petals and had an awful experience.
It's just a simple snack bouquet which you cannot deliver. All items can be easily available in market. Also intimated the things late via Email.

Cannot even replace things which can satisfy the customer.

We are ordering the gifts for some SPL person on SPL occasion. What's the use if you are not delivering items as per customers requirement.

Shut down Ferns & Petals.
It's better if we go on our own & buy the gifts.

Very pathetic experience. Will not order anything henceforth also will not suggest anyone regarding Ferns & Petals.
