I ordered flowers. Checked the website all day. Never moved from your order has been received. Contacted customer service which replied your order was delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM which is strange because I placed my order at 10:24 AM, the florists in the area OPEN at 9:00 AM. Flowers have never arrived and we are on Day 2. Wish I read the reviews. I think they are a scam.
The arrangement was horrible and lacking in quality. The picture on the site was different than the confirmation picture, which was different than what was delivered

Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday through this site. They charged my card, but never sent the flowers. No confirmation email sent. Now, when I call the 800 number on the florists.com website, I reach 1-800-FLOWERS, who claims to have no record of the order and no affiliation with florists.com. Major fraud.
I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend. They told me it would be delivered by 11/3. Nothing arrived on 11/3 - Florists.com told me delivery was attempted. LIES. My friends were home all day! Another customer service person said it was delayed due to covid. So a contradiction. Then today on 11/4 I get a call from Fedex saying there was a address problem. The florists.com website had merged my address with my recipeint's! I corrected the address and was assured delivery today. This evening I went to check my mail and find THE BOX OF FLOWERS OUTSIDE MY DOOR! I am furious! I wanted to see the quality of the flowers so opened the box - omg horrible, tiny bouquet with one rose and cheap daisies. I spent over $50. I would have been embarrassed for my friend to get these. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! WHAT I PAID FOR IS NOT WHAT MY RECIPIENT WAS DELIVERED! THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR BUSINESS LINE TO CUSTOMER'S OR RESPOND TO THE 4 EMAILS I SENT IN. I really wish I had seen this site before using Florists.com. I placed my order 3 days in advance the flowers never arrived, and I never got a call from the company about it. Totally inexcusable. How are these people still in business?
I ordered flowers for a Funeral & delivery was to be the same day 10/6. It is now 10/12 and no flowers & everytime I called or emailed them I was lied to! This was for a family funeral and I am truly embarrassed. During one phone conversation, which I initiated, they said that they spoke to the local florist and they were waiting for a delivery of fresh flowers. I then contacted them again today & they said they had no local florist in that area. How is that possible? Which one is the lie?
Purchased a "deluxe" arrangement for $70 plus delivery for my mother. She sent me a picture and I was horrified at the arrangement. Had been delivered by a small grocery store located in a rural area, the flowers were stuffed into a glass vase that was only 2" wide with no greenery. Just your basic grocery store flowers. Have tried to complain to them about it but have never received a response.
I have tried to rectify my gripe with my order for "premium flowers" for my Mom's birthday on Sept 22nd. I paid $79 for a designers choice premium arrangement and received carnations, daises and filler. The worst part is they didn't deliver it all day... i sent an email requesting that they cancel the order because it was 9pm and we did not hear anything from them, did not receive the flowers and did not want them for the next day. At 10pm to a senior citizens residence. Unacceptable. Then they had the audacity to declare it legit and the sad looking street vendor bouquet worthy to be considered premium. SCAMMERS! The rep's info that responded was Larissa of the Customer Happiness Team *******478. When i called this number i was on hold indefinitely... all agents are busy and it hangs up as you await the next available agent.
No communication. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before the funeral at the funeral my flowers were not there. Apparently the florist rejected the order from florist.com NO NOTICE TO ME. NOR DID THEY SEND TO ANOTHER FLORIST so my arrangement of $150 never arrived. Then they wanted to send the arrangement days after the funeral. AFTER THE FUNERAL
I purchased and used a Groupon with this company. They repeatedly emailed me about a "delayed delivery" of the flowers and, despite repeated responses to them, they continued to email me claiming they had never heard from me. They never delivered the flowers. Groupon said they contacted them and that they said my Groupon had been redeemed so they would not refund my money there either. Stay away from this company. There are better and more reputable companies who will actually deliver flowers and not just steal your money. Wish I could leave zero stars.
Ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home. I thought it was odd that no time for delivery was requested while ordering. Services were 10-1 today. Flowers were not delivered! Reached out to customer service and they said I didn't put a time and they would deliver now. It's too late. Not only is there no drop down menu for time choices but there is no special instructions box to type into! Terrible company. I will pay more to order from a local and reputable company next time. (Not that the arrangement was cheap to begin with).
I ordered for same day delivery. Flowers were not delivered. I called the customer service and they said it would be delivered the next day. Once again, a day went by and it was not delivered on try #2. I called customer service again and they confirmed that they called the florist (who had tech issues) who stated it would be delivered on the same day. It was not delivered on the 3rd day either. I gave them 3 chances and flowers were never delivered. I called for a refund and they said they couldn't do it. So I had call my bank to fight this because goods were NEVER received. Avoid this website if you want flowers to be delivered and you expect a quality interaction.
I ordered a $49.99 bouquet. Not only did it not arrive on the day ordered (and in advance), they were so sparse. Barely $15 worth of flowers. Costco has better bouquets for $15! I will never use them again. I made a very poor choice
Flowers that were delivered did not resemble the flower arrangement the was ordered. Paid 50.00 for 3 roses and 3 lilies that looked nothing like what I ordered.
2 stars because they did refund my shipping costs as the sympathy bouquet was not delivered on the correct day- so kudos for that however, the arrangement was quite disappointing when it finally did arrive- I could have made a better bouquet myself- for $64 I expected more- will not be using again
My sister ordered flowers for my brother in law's funeral and then never delivered it. To top it off they charged her card and we couldn't get a hold of them for 4 days. Then they tried to tell me they will deliver it in 3 days! The Funeral is OVER! How can this Business run like this? I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
I ordered the purple orchids for my mother for Mother's Day. What arrived was an absolute embarrassment. We paid (with shipping) $87 and the flowers looked like I could have picked them up at the local grocery store for $20. Pictures attached show what she received (2 pics) vs what I ordered.
Ordered flowers to be delivered May 21st. Changed ticket to have them delivered May 19th. Did not arrive the 19th nor the 21st. I called on the 22nd... was assured verbally and in written that they would now arrive the same day. The 22nd. A phone call was made to the recipient assuring delivery by the 22nd. And it never arrived. I now called the 23rd wanting them delivered the 23rd... and that could not be guaranteed... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Had to call local florist and pick up personally so that I could try to mend situation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
They didn't deliver them on Mothers day as ordered. They promised to deliver them 2 days late and would not charge the delivery price. Said ok. They never showed and never heard back. Had to do a charge back. I don't think they are a real company.
