Flipkart is good for electronic gadgets. I highly love their electronic gadgets but if i come up to apparels i am little disappointed. I did not get which they displayed. I have complaint against the quality of the product... design was nice. Suit look nice but quality is not much good. So its ok but it worth it for me as i got many compliments from my friends and specially my boyfriend.
Flipkart have maintained there excellence over the years for their services. Flipkart brings in a lot of amazing new categories and products everyday. I was searching for electric breast pump for my wife recently and came across some very good brands offering this product. I bought the farlin electric breast pump and I must say it really was a very good product and very affordable price as compared to other brands. I am really impressed with farlin products on flipkart.

Seen one of the best services from flipkart. My son ordered a watch but the color in actual was different from what it seemed on site. Contacted their ccare and within 3 hrs an executive took the watch back and within same day I got the transfer back in my account. Very good and courteous service.

I am really disappointed with the way you deliver the products.
The delivery people always come during the daytime when we are in office and without asking us the product was delivered to or neighbours.
Also, Once I was asked to collect the product from the store if i am not available during the daytime.
This is really pathetic, working people can only receive the orders in the evenings or on weekends.If we would have time during the weekdays, we would have gone to outlets and did shopping.

This a very poor standard of flipkart not expected this from such a esteemed online portal... And the customer care representative was inefficient to resolve my problem and was not talking in a rude manner... if this order can not be delivered to my pin code address than it you should have informed me prior... poor show

Flipkart being a big giant in the ecommerce market is expected to cater to the deliver the bundle of satisfaction along with quality and correct product to its customers. And the same was my belief... which however seems to be a myth after I got the delivery of my recent order. I had ordered this product on 25th may and after waiting for 7 days you send me a wrong product and your CC executives are saying that this product is out of stock. I got the order which enormously big for me and obviously of no use. This is something which is not expected from a brand which promises to deliver value for money to its customer.If this product was not available in your stock then why you send me a wrong product. You have wasted my 7 days

They are cheaters. They sell products at a higher cost than the market price and then give hefty discounts to show that they offer best prizes.
Philips Hair straightner HP 8310 is priced at 1995 Rs on Flipkart where as if you see other sites like Jabong, they are offering same *******@1570Rs.
They are befooling people!
Also their Courier partner Ekart delivers products so late and when asked to come & deliver at a specific time, they refuse to come at customer convenient time.
Hopefully Flipkart changes its rates and their Courier Partner Ekart else they will loose their customers very soon
