My brother ordered a Phone with them on 7th August which later he cancelled due to more good offers on other sites. Its been a 20 days after that no refund has been issued yet. Upon chasing many a times, what strange got to know that the seller has not issued refund so flipkart can't do anything in that Really? What it mean sellers on Flipkart are on Top and the Boss and Flipkart is just a kind of shoe to them which they can easily wore and remove. Come On Flipkart, be responsible and accountable.
The Seller IndiFlashMart is the one I am talking about. We were told last time that we will get our refund by 20th August 9Pm but now its 25th August no response yet. Customer care people are even worse and they copy and paste always. From the system they sitting. They have learn one thing to say" Sorry but your refund will be initiated soon and we have no more Information". Really a worse shopping experience. A big co. Like Flipkart how playing with customers money.
Even though tried to speak with Seniors who never be available on phone to speak as they never have time for answering questions about where is people money? The bank has even started charging EMI for the same Item which never bought originally. Still chasing with Flipkart but no answer yet.
I would say one thing better not to buy with them if you also don't want to be involve in this type of Scam. Flipkart and their sellers are part of this Scam. They many a times sent wrong products and even soap for Phone which I heard and saw in news.
They have mentioned in account order page of Flipkart that " issue Resolved" but no money has been transferred yet.
Be Careful Guys. Save your Precious Money.

Cheating and breach of trust
Don't ever purchase electronic items from flipkar. My brother purchased MI 8 mobile. It was mentioned that in case of any defect the mobile will be replaced within 10 days of delivery. Mobile was not working properly as motherboard had some problem as per MI service centre. He requested for replacement after 3-4 days. A person from flipkart came but refused to take back mobile. Complaint was made to flipkart, again person was sent but refused to take back the mobile, again same thing happened. Ultimately legal notice was sent. Thereafter they changed the mobile but in reply they stated they don't own any duty towards customers in view of certain clause. They are taking contradictory stand. On one hand they deal like agent of supplier, they themselves refused to take back the mobile, on the otherhand they say they are just middle man for supplying goods. Don't believe flipkart that they will support you in case of delivery of damaged goods. They try to cheat you by suppying cheap goods and then brushing aside their responsibility.
I have purchased wardboard and that product was damage and bad quality so I have applied return policy and it was done during that time after that time and then after when pickup date was coming they reject my return request without any reason or intimation then again I called to the flipkart customer care and they set pick up date again but again on pickup date the cancelled and it has been done more then 5 or 6 times and all the agents are fake who working behalf of flipkart and they lie to the customers and they delivered fake things so every agent are froud in flipkart and I will suggest to everyone not to purchase any product from flipkart go with different option like amazon and ect and for more refrences I have attached that msg which I have been received behalf of flipkart.

I am writing regarding order # OD**************. I have placed an order on 29th Apr 2021 for Wood Shoe Rack which was supposed to deliver on 10th May 2021 but delivered on 12th May 2021.
Thereafter installation was scheduled on 13th May 2021 but technician has not visited my home hence I started to follow-up with FlipKart support and they scheduled installation on 20th May 2021 but product found faulty during installation and technician placed return request from his end. Thereafter the product was picked on 22nd May 2021 by FlipKart delivery/pickup guy but they had not updated the status on the same date hence order was moved to canceled automatically(since product return day was valid only for 10 days i. E. till 22nd May 2021).
I started to follow-up with FlipKart customer support on 24th May 2021 and wasted at least 10 hours on 12-14 calls but every time they committed that your amount will be refunded in 2-3 days. Now FlipKart's management team responds like Indian political or judiciary system and provides a new date every time.
Such a pathetic Ecommerce company in India and that's why Amazon is on top. I will go to consumer court if I will not get my amount back in the next 48 hours.

I use to shop from Flipkart many years and was really good customer... but at the end way how I was treated from Flipkart is bad and show that they don't give vallue of thier customer and customer help is pathetic and horrible.
I got delievery and was asked to pay. I did my payment via pay link provided from Flipkart courier service instakart. Paiment was successful ( I did it many times and it's routine, nothing new) and coruier saw my paiment but start ask me for OTP which k didn't get and I cannot generate myself of course. So he was very rude with me as well as his manager ( I asked to call to my moble as due covid situation I don't want come near courier and speak from his mobile). So at the end courier left took money from my account and didn't give me my orders. I complain many times to customer care but I got only sorry from them and no action. Money debited from my account. They not accept it and I said I can give u prove and screed shoot or my bank statement... but they believe unprofessional courier and really no vallue of customer. It's horrible and pathetic.
They not accept that they took money from me and don't want to clean with thier coruier, which see my money but unprofessional don't do any action to refund

In a couple of week before I have saw that in my flipkart Paylater showing 4001 due and the due date is 5th of April and If I am not paid this amount that will affect my credit score as well as additional charge will be added. Actually am not using any single amount yet from the flipkart paylater.So I am calling to flipkart service desk for the same and service desk person first check my order for checking like is there any amount found in the order list or not but they not found any such order list and they told me that might be there is some technical issue in our end so I will raised an incident on behalf of you and please wait Max to max 12th April and the issue will get resolved on or before deadline.Flipkart Paylater team also calling me every day as well as every 1 to 2 hr difference for a day and they told first you make the payment and if you are not using the same then the amount will be refunded.So i have also make the payment with additional 200 charge as for late payment.Then I call to flipkart team but team told me that as idfc first bank provide the service for flipkart pay later you can contact with service desk of idfc first bank and I also call to idfc first bank but the customer care told me that we are only provide the transaction details and we are not aware of this so please call to flipkart for the same.Actually what ever the order I have done yet that is in the mode of cash on delivery or online transaction and yet am not using any single amount for the flipkart Paylater.If I am not using any amount from the flipkart then why it shoh like 4001 due.Still i have also paid the amount.I just want my money refund.

Following items in my order of 30 products (almost 4000rs) placed on June 2022 were diluted with 10% of actual product and 90% water. Imagine my shock & outrage when I opened the products to use!

I had a dozen calls with their so called customer service executives - and this never got resolved - all they could say is 'we will get back to you' and after that the 'return' window was conveniently closed. Flipkart customer service is THE WORST!

I want to let you know about my issues which is facing from past 3months onwards... I ordered 2products on feb 19th, 2022... In my cart it showing its delivered but I didn't receive my products. Multiple of times I contact to the customer service executive. Finally 1day got respond from agents that they refund both products but I got only 1product refunded.
I told every agent clearly that I opted paylater option please as soon as possible clear my issue so that I clear my paylater. They are not solved my issue within the time. They mention penalty in paylater.
I clearly told to agents that if I got any penalty then I won't pay additional amount and I didn't get both products refund amount. Later I didn't get any response from any customer service executive. Every day I got reminder calls to pay paylater amount but no one solved my issue.
On April 24th 2022 I ordered 1product due to flipkart paylater dues they cancelled my order. And that order is most important for me to planed my trip.
Flipkart customer service has been most pathetic experience. The agents call as per the call back service either hang up or goes silent for hours together.
Even I'm busy with my works every day I can't explain same story with multiple number of agents right. Got frustrated *******@Flipkart agents. They simply listening all the stories later hours of time either they kept in hold/silent mode or disconnected middle of the conversation. If they are not interested to do job please requesting you to take actions.
At any situation I want my order by April 28th only. As a flipkart plus member your support team completely disappointed me. Hope you understand customer problems and their frustrations.
