The delivery service is very worst. I canceled my order 2 times because of not delivering my products.
I want to give a rating of only 0 star to Flipkart
When you buy any faulty product on flipkart there is no support from flipkart.
And idea and airtel says your product (phone) does not support 4G VoLTE
This product ( mobile phone) is not registered with airtel and idea, so it will not work on airtel and idea network
Flipkart says contact vendor
And vendor says contact flipkart
Thus your money is wasted...
The seller HSAtlastradeFashion on Flipkart is a crook. I ordered the product but the size fit turned out to be small so I placed the return request on the first day of the 10-day return policy which was 1 month ago and I am unable to return the product as the seller has given me a wrong box with the wrong product code, 2 times the pickup people have come and said code of product and box is mismatched and to call flipkart as this is an internal issue. I have been calling Flipkart for 40 days now and there has been no resolution, I have uploaded images 4 times and spoken to 4 different senior managers, and sent an email to the grievance officer, I received a call after the email and was told the seller will call in 24 hours. Now it has been 5 days since the seller was supposed to call. This is ridiculous as I am completely eligible for the return but am unable to do so because the seller has given me a wrong box with the wrong code so pick up people are unable to pick it up?
I am disgusted with this customer service.
Anyone who is thinking of ordering from this seller or even Flipkart. Please think twice. Flipkart is not what it used to be and the customer executives and senior managers are all rude and unable to resolve any matters. This is and will be my last purchase from Flipkart and if my matter is not resolved today, I will be taking it to the consumer court as I have no choice left. I have gone mad calling every day and uploading images and writing emails.

Never use gift certificate on Flipkart as they never refund you money into GC or wallet. There app will show refund processed but it will never reflect.
I ordered a sweing machine on 21 Apr to be delivered on Apr 28. Due to some logistics iasue, same was delated on told me to wait till May7. Still no product received and after getting fedup i cancelled my order. Bank refund was processed in 2 days but GC used for part payment was never refunded. Upon multiple tweets and app support callbacks too they are not refunding the amount and saying its processed. But cant share the info where the amount is refunded too.
Its a good site to shop too till everything is good. As soon as you need to return and take refund, its a nightmare. Lost my money but will file a consumer court case. Amount is mere Rs1814. But, their harrasement pushes people to limits.

Everyday products are cheaper on Flipkart.com. They promise faster delivery. But, if you don't donate to their cause, they treat you differently.
I just ordered an Indulekha Hair Oil on Tuesday, the 3rd of October, 2023. During checkout, they prompted to donate to their children's cause. For personal reasons, I chose not to and completed the payment. They claimed that it'll be delivered by 9 PM on the same day. I waited till 10. Then I checked the orders page. They said it's not deliverable and they'll attempt to deliver on the next working day. So, I waited again. At the end of the day, when I checked the orders page, it still showed the same thing.
So, I raised a complaint. They said they'll solve it by 8th October. Now, what kind of a response is that?
I proceeded further by chatting to one of their agents. I requested a refund, since they were doing such a fabulous job with my order. He said they have an issue with their delivery department and it's not possible to refund my money.
Anyway, I learnt a lesson from Flipkart. Never buy trivial items from them especially if you're in need. Maybe if I donated to their cause, I may have had that Indulekha Hair oil in hand by now.
My recent experience with flipkart was unpleasant. I had ordered an iphone on good discounts wherein I specifically informed the delivery guy to please get it delivered after 7pm, since exchange service was included and my presence was must, but he showed up at noon for couple days that lead to auto cancellation of the order. I had raise multiple queries on this and the resolution was to re-order, which I did by paying additional ₹4k compared to my initial order as the initial discount offer was closed.
For the 2nd time again I went through the same experience. The delivery guy showed up at noon although he knew my availability because of which re-order got cancelled too. In addition, i ordered phone cover that got delivered on time, when I complained to the deliver guy about my phone order issue, he acted rude and just left. It has been worst experience shopping online on flipkart and I never intend to shop again here on irrespective of what discount rate it offers. Worst customer service, worst delivery guys. Overall I had worst experience.

I have ordered the Deuce Mini table tennis table and Flipkart said that it will be delivered on 10 August 2021. On 10th it was not delivered and so you gave me 16 August. On 16 also my issue was not resolved so they gave me 17 today. In the morning I called 2 of your executive and they hung up my call in between the conversation. And one of your executives changed the issue resolution time to 21st August.
I tried to cancel the product from my end because now I am frustrated but while canceling error message always pops up that try again and this happened for 2 weeks. I also asked Flipkart executives to cancel my product and give me my refund every time they keep on saying that "Sorry for the trouble. Our concerned team will look into it and the issue will be solved in the next 24-48hrs". And after 48hrs I have to do the follow-up because they are too busy with their life and they don't have any motto to keep customers happy. Today it's 27 august and I had still not received my refund of 9998/-. Also, today morning when I connected with the executive they have given me the 1st September resolution date.

The worst experience you could possibly get from a online shopping platform. I am traveling abroad and I ordered 3 rain jackets and only received 1. I reported the problem 15 minutes after the delivery was done and the agent (who does not know how to do his job probably cause of the lack of proper training)put in the wrong request. I requested for a manager callback a guy who doesn't speak English called me so he said someone else will call me back. After a day someone who speaks English called me and he didn't want to take any responsibility. He first blamed the agent for putting in the wrong request and that he had to cancel the request and place a new request. After cancelling the request he stated that the merchandise is no longer available and ended up blaming the seller for their incompetence and Flipkart can't do anything about it since it is the sellers fault. I purchased through Flipkart and not the seller (but I wish I had purchased through the seller directly or a different website). I have nothing to do with the seller and I don't care who they are because I purchased the merchandise through Flipkart and paid Flipkart for it. He finally ended up saying the same thing over and over again blaming the seller and that Flipkart won't do anything but just request for a refund. I am leaving in three days and I still don't have my merchandise or my refund.
